I am rejecting this response because someone in their office made the mistake by sending a letter to a false address that I never heard of I've always lived at [redacted], they told it wasn't my fault so why did I have to go without a garbage can while my garbage was stinking and building up for three day, for someone else mistake.

Review: I was contacted by this company by phone via voice mail that they had a return to sender letter back to them, I had returned their call and left a voice mail and told them that I still live at the same address. so one week went by and I went out to put my Garbage can out while they had and company truck outside my house observing me put out my Garbage can. So nothing happened that day 7/05/16, so another week goes by and I put out my Garbage can again and they take my Garbage and I check it before I go to work 7/12/16 so when I get home my Garbage can is missing. so I call them to find out whats going on and they tell me that my service address had changed but I have been doing business with them for 6 years and my mail comes to me hear at the address listed. So I asked the Customer Service lady who changed my service address and how my service address got changed and she tells me she don't know and it's not your fault and that they will get me my garbage can back and they haven't I had told her my account is current and she say's yes we'll get it there soon as possible and I haven't seen it since my Garbage is building up and they don't seem to care. but when their paid that seems all that matters to them, doesn't seem to care about customer garbage building up.Desired Settlement: they are quick to take garbage can when bill is not paid, but when the are pre-paid a few month's

in-advanced, I seem to have this problem with them, its going on two days and the weekend is coming up and I'm hoping to see my Garbage can tomorrow 7/15/16 I can't go without a Garbage can over the weekend I'm happen to be moving to a new home that I had bought but I wasn't final until today 7/14/16 they had the address that I never heard of I will be changing my address by the end of this month
