Turlock Transmission Shop is speculating that the Honda has an electrical and solenoid problem. He want to put in a used solenoid to see if that will solve the problem. I took my car in for a transmission overhall and I have taken it to two riliable sources for a  second opinion, Honda and Aamco which both companies did a dignostic test and there wasn't anything found showing the Honda having trouble with those parts like  Turlock Transmission Shop is speculating. I don't  trust his analysis and all I want is for him to be liable for the work that has to be done so it could run like its suppose to. I will take it to Honda and Aamco again and let them know what this company TTS has speculated. Its obvious to me that this Turlock Transmission Shop doesn't have the updated  equipment or knowledge to asset these types of automobiles. I want my money that he took for this bad job or have him pay Honda or Aamco to fix what is wrong with the transmission. I do not want him touching my car and making  judgements  that aren't reliable. I'm worried and stressed out that if he works on these parts and my car comes out of his Shop worse because he wants to do the job for FREE OF CHARGE... thats really generous of him but... I NO Longer  Trust his work!

Review: [redacted] the owner of the transmission shop assured us that he had over 30 yrs. experience with Honda vehicle transmissions. He gave us his word that he would be personally working on our 2004 Honda Accord V6. We trusted his word and left our vehicle with him. We picked up our vehicle on 3/13/2015 and discovered that our car was running very rough, rattling and jerking. We took it back on 3/16/2015. [redacted] said that this time he would check the car himself. [redacted] said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. So we took it home. The car was the same and still ran rough. He told us to take the car and drive it for 3weeks before bringing it back. I drove it for Easter weekend, but after driving 3 or 4 miles the car sounded like a tractor and continued to jerk and make noises. I took it back again on Monday 4/6/2015. We discovered that parts were missing from the vehicle. My air intake cap was missing by the battery, motor mount was not put on and 2 were installed backwards. [redacted] test drove the vehicle and said it was ok and he offered us 2 free oil changes. We took the vehicle back 5 times since and it was doing the same thing. I took the car to Mistlin Honda and they recommended a diagnostic check through AAMCO as well. Both Honda and AAMCO found that the transmission was improperly repaired and installed. They also discovered that the oil in the transmission didn't smell right and they found several other problems. I have reports from both Honda and AAMCO. Since the second and 3rd opinions I have went to [redacted] and asked for him to either refund my money or pay for Honda or AAMCO to properly fix my vehicle. He has refused and is unwilling to refund my money.Desired Settlement: My wife and I are on a fixed income and have saved for almost a year to fix our car. I would like a refund or would like Turlock Transmission And Automotive to pay for all work to be properly fixed through Honda or AAMCO. I have received estimates from both parties and am not asking for more than what has been estimated by these two companies.
