I play their games mostly forza horizon about 24hrs ago we as in alot of gamers are unable to play the game we keep getting booted and there is no info anywhereNo on can answer to why? To Further this complaint they have no contact info anywhere on any of their sites so there is no way to let them know anythingthey take our money and don't care about the productsAlso with the new hotwheels expanison thier system caused me to get double charged and I have no way to get any type of refund
I was very anxious for the game Forza Motorsport 7, the game for the PC came full of bugs, and in one of these bugs my account was banned as if I was using illegal programs, I have never used illegal programs, proof of this is my STEAM account is years playing normally, my game Forza Horizon is normal, plus the FMwith less than hours of play they did it
This company has had me hooked since the original Forza game launched back in but Forza Motorsport is a scam and I want them to be penalized for this Most people have paid over dollars a piece to get the best of the best out of this game and 90% of people cant even play it They have made millions of dollars in revenue and seem to refuse to fix any of the problems being reported to them buy gamers like myselfInstead they delete the bad reviews and continue to scam everyone If I could give this company less than star then I wouldI don't think its right that they allow the game to continually crash on everyone's console Turn Studios either needs to fix the issues or refund everyone immediately With all the new games that have come out in the last months for the new xbox one x this is the only one experiencing this type of a problem We all work hard to earn the money to buy this game and I will not stand by and watch Turn Studios scam everyone because they are money hungry and lazy
