[redacted] and [redacted] were extremely professional and helpful with the installation of a dedicated spa circuit for my home. I was thoroughly pleased with the quality of their service and workmanship, the level of professionalism, and the level of communication throughout the project. Turn It On Electric is by far the best electrical company out there. They are prompt, offer excellent customer service and offer outstanding solutions to problems. They have never disappointed me in any situation and I have had several, being a community manager for several HOA's. The entire staff are friendly, courteous and professional and they get the job done right. If you need a great company, you have found them. I highly recommend Turn it On Electric. They are my preferred electric company because I know I can depend on them to get the job done right the first time. They do not nickel and dime me, they do not find unnecessary things wrong or create issues. They are true professionals.. They are just an amazing company.

We met [redacted] of TIO Electric when he came to our home after we started having electrical problems that started with the install of a new AC unit. He very quickly found that our wiring was very old, wired improperly and out of code. He returned with his partner [redacted] to bring our wiring up to standard. They are both very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and why. Even fixed an outdoor receptacle at no charge because he "didn't like it". Wonderful people who clearly have a lot of integrity. They will be our "go to" electrical company. Many thanks to [redacted] and [redacted] for making my home office a safe place!

** came out to Fountain Hills to help with switching items for [redacted]. He gave me the confidence in mankind with the professionalism and comfort on the job. Moving from ND you don't know who is good and who do you trust. Well that worry is over, If I need a good electrician I know who to call. [redacted], Fountain Hills AZ

[redacted] did a good job of diagnosing the problem, fixing it, and then charging us a reasonable price. Thumbs up!

My landlord sent these guys to fix my bathroom and hallway lights. Everything else in the house was working fine. The electrician arrived and after 1 hour had blown a fuse and killed power to half the house. He didn't seem to understand how the house was set up as he kept asking us where the indoor fuse box was and seemed generally confused. He told us he had to get another electrician to go in the attic and left. He never came back and all calls went straight to voicemail. After calling the company a second electrician was sent out. He worked for about 2-3 hours and left. After the 2nd electrician the rest of the house lost power. We have 2 working outlets, working AC, and a working fridge. It's now day 2 and they didn't send anyone over today. After another call I was told 2 electricians MIGHT be sent tomorrow after they call our landlord. The man on the phone, [redacted], seemed combative and irritated at us, and didn't offer any apologies or ownership for the problems his company caused.

[redacted] was on time and solved our problem quickly.

I've used Turn It On Electric three times now for the electrical needs I've needed for my home over the past few years. I couldn't ask for a more helpful, polite, courteous, prompt group of men who have come to my home to do my electrical work. All the work exceeded my expectations and I'm beyond pleased with this company. I will use them over and over again!

Scott G[redacted] was my electrician, and you couldn't ask for better. I needed 5 light fixtures replaced, all smoke alarms replaced, and some honey do's (like trying to get a bulb out of a socket and a check on the safety of a wall plug that blew a light timer). He answered my long list of questions and did a great job, quick and efficient. Their pricing is excellent, and even before setting an appointment, their office staffer, Tessa, was friendly and helpful. Turn It On will be my go-to electricians from now on.
