resolved. Dear Revdex.com,This is  to confirm both complaints have been resolved - I received a $1,797.00 credit for the Profit Grabber on 6/1/2016, and last Thursday I received a check credit for $1,997.00 for the Business in a Box and deposited the check on Friday, 6/10/2016.  I am sending a response here because the system doesn't allow me to.  Please consider my complaint as RESOLVED.Thank you,

Do not trust these people.

If you join this system note that they do not have a clear way to cancel. They first 60 days are free, but if you decide you want to cancel you will not be reminded when the 60 days are almost up (some companies give you a courtesy email prior to extracting payment). The website does not have a cancellation option like most services. So the first moment you decide it is not for you (hopefully before the initial 60 days are up), call and cancel immediately.

Review: On September 19, 2013, I signed up the Mentormemarko.com Diamond Membership of the Turn Key Systems of [redacted] stating that because I paid for their Million Dollar Foreclosure Systems of $798.00 and a case study of $67.00 , I have a $1.00 bonus to the Diamond Membership. The Diamond Membership is $177.00 to the MentorMe[redacted]/partnership. It was stated that I have 60 days to try on this and afterwards, I will pay for $177.00/month if I don't cancel. To cancel, the representative in their office gave me this contact no. 858-633-8217. My reference order No. is [redacted]. Their website for this is www.RealEstateSupport.com. With the purchase of the products, I was told that I can attend a free seminar of the Million Dollar Free Foreclosure Seminar in Chicago, Illinois on Sept. 26 - September 30, 2013. with only $99.0/per person. That sounds interesting and my husband went with me. I was told that if I attended the seminar, I could not return the Green Book/Manual that I paid for $798.00 because I would learn all the strategies from there. The manual however, does not provide sufficient materials to make it work. During the seminar, they told us that if we have the 60 days free Elite Diamond membership, we should take advantage of the new cheaper price of $236.00 for 3 months and $49.00 per month afterwards. It sounds reasonable so we did. However, they already took my money from American Express for $177.00 on September 30, 2013. And then they took again my money on October 2, 2013 for $236.00 totaling my payments to $413.00. As a member of the Elite Diamond, we are going to attend a webinar which they invited us. But, it was very disappointing because of the telephone problems, we couldn't hear anything, they had to cancel. They rescheduled but my husband and I were not interested anymore. We informed them by email that we are cancelling our membership within the 30 day money back guarantee that the representative was mentioning to us. I also called their office and talked with the rep which she said that it will be taken cared of. And that somebody will call me back. But nobody did. And I called again that they should refund my money. I called couples of times and left messages but nobody was getting back with me. Moreover, we found out that the strategies of real estate investing of [redacted] do not work in our state of North Carolina based on the information of our closing attorney. North Carolina is a highly consumer protected state and when we mentioned to him of what we wanted to do with the system, he was not affirmative about it. We are licensed realtors and we have to use the standard forms as required by the NC Real Estate Commission. This was not disclosed that the systems may not work in some states and that we should check our regulatory body. Instead, [redacted] stated that his system will work anywhere in United States. It may for those who have no real estate licensed. But it was not also disclosed that this seminar or systems is working for the investors and may not be for licensed real estate professionals who are obligated to follow regulatory rules of the organization.Desired Settlement: That the Revdex.com may help us get our money back or credit back to our American Express the monies paid to the membership of the Elite Diamond. and the Million Dollar Foreclosure System. This system is not going to work for us and this was not disclosed that this is tailored for investors not for licensed professionals in some states. I must agree that the speaker [redacted] is a compelling sales person

and a charismatic presenter at the seminar.

I received a detailed explanation from her via email of what she understand regarding the return policy of the product in question. And, I and our company agreed to work with her.

As a resolution to this miscommunication. We are refunding [redacted] the $1,497.00 today, 10/24/13. And we also want her to keep the product: ProfitGrabber Pro Markiting Software as our gift to her.

I hope that we can be of service to her in the future when she is ready to move forward with Real Estate Investing.

This is the first complaint of this kind of nature, out of thousands of our

It is totally unjustified that this person would make this

kind of conclusion, and it is obvious that the person didn't take the time to

understand the principles we teach.

We teach and endorse only ethical investing, which is

confirmed by thousands of successful clients of ours.

Now, looking more deeply into this persons records, it is

likely that the whole reason was fabricated to receive the refund on the

course. Sometimes people want to recover the money they spent and use

unnecessary means to do so.

My decision about the course was adviced by a manager at a leading national bank. I sent my complaint to Foreclosure Real Estate/Turnkey to resolve this problem.

The book "Foreclosure self-defense for Dummies" also gave warning tip for seller" not to sign deed", exactly what this course teaches.

In total I spend about $4000: learning material, Profit Grabber software, air ticket. I lost lots of money.

Marko call his program The System unfortunately at best this "System" has a risk profile that will bankrupt most - if not all - individuals; at worst it's an old scam.

Review: I first signed up to receive info from Turn-Key Systems, Inc for 6.95 S/H

never received the packet. I viewed information about program on 6/12/2015 online. I was called by a lady named [redacted] and she asked me to join this real estate program to buy homes without your own money for a in house discounted price of $797.00. I never received the item shipping from San Diego, CA I did receive a receipt. I want a full refund of $803.95.Desired Settlement: Refund and this business to be truthful and forthright.

Review: Complaint is regarding different issues, actually (failure to honor money-back guarantee is only the top of the iceberg here)!

1. Discrepancy in Advertisement/Pre-Purchase Representation and actual written statement on product paperwork (once delivered): several issues, one being that (even before the product arrived, I tried to follow their outlined steps to associate myself/our company to their "National Prevention Center" website it turned out that not ONE of the available marketing extensions is available in my area (Los Angeles, ~county, LA, Southern CA, socal, .....) NOT ONE!

2. Failure to disclose conditions of offer prior to purchase

3. Customer Service failed to provide assistance (actually, it's even more of a very well-oiled stall tactic (my suspicion is that they try to delay it long enough to not have to issue a refund)

4. Failure to respond to phone calls or written requests for assistance or support in a timely manner respectively respond at all

5. Delivery took more than a week (although San Diego to Los Angeles should have been delivered w/in 2 biz days Fedex or UPS ground)

6. Late delivery took 8 or 9 days out from 30-day money back ("no questions asked") guarantee

7. Only intensive private research revealed the "hidden clauses" refund policy. And even though cancellation and refund request was properly requested (and confirmed in writing by Turn Key Systems) they made so far NO ATTEMPT to supply customer with the missing form ("RMA" - return material authorization) in order to actually send unopened products back and have the refund issued!

8. And therefore, last but not least: the attempt to avoid giving a REFUND is the result - and the reason that triggered this complaintDesired Settlement: I want to ask your assistance and help in order to urge Turn Key Systems ([redacted] as customer membership employee or [redacted] as owner/CEO) to refund the total amount of $865 (consisting of three separate amounts: $67 and $1 and $797) asap. They can either have the (unopened) material picked up at the address they mailed it to, or I will send it back (shipping paid by Turn Key Systems) to their San Diego office. Thank you.

I have been using Marko's System for almost 9 months and have found it to be extremely effective. Marko is very forth right and honest. Everything he said his system would do....Works!!! I have purchased 3 of his systems and have recommended it to 3 of my family members and a friend that have also purchased his system.

Just like anything in Life...His system only works if you take action. His seminars give you enough information to be successful without purchasing any of his systems, but it is so much easier if you have them. Off of my first deal I made more than enough money to pay for All 3 of the packages that I purchased plus a lot more!!!

I was shocked to see some of the comments submitted to Revdex.com and I am happy that I did not look it up before I purchased Marko's products.

Marko tells you in his seminar that if you aren't going to take action and use the system then you should not purchase it. It takes time at first to implement but gets much easier and less time consuming as you continue using it and become more successful.

His system is not a "get rich quick" system....It is a business system that has to be worked

Review: I had paid $198 for a conference to be held in Chicago in October by this business. At the time, they did NOT say the price was not refundable. I have since returned all materials and asked for a refund of their course materials and the $198. NOW they say the $198 in NOT refundable. This was NOT disclosed at the time of purchase, and I want the $198 refunded to meDesired Settlement: Refund of the $198
