Hello ***, I am writing this in response to an open complaint with the Revdex.com that is ongoing.I have reviewed the account and see that we have in fact refunded your Profit Grabber purchase as of 3/29/2016.As for the FIE purchase made on 2/13/the first time you had requested a refund was outside of your day return window on 3/14/via emailYou had never attempted to return the FIE system prior to that and only when you followed up to return the Profit Grabber on this day did you mention wanting to return the FIE system.I know you spoke with Nate on the 14th as well and I think the confusion was that he said that you had already been outside of your return window at days at that timeNot that you could never return the product but rather that you had already passed the point of being able to return the productI apologize about any confusion with this.Please let me know if there are any other questions.Best, [redacted] Operations Manager Turn­Key Systems, Inc

To Whom It May Concern,Mr [redacted] purchased our products directly over the phone when he spoke to one of our sales representatives Mr [redacted] gave his credit card information to the sales rep Mr [redacted] did not contact our office to return the products he sent them back and they were refused by our shipping department because they did not have the proper labeling or our return form, RMA Attached is a screen shot of all of the products Mr [redacted] has purchased from our organization Thank you

Hello [redacted] I am writing this in response to your filed Revdex.com complaint in the hopes we can get this resolvedI wanted to give you a general timeline as we have it here logged in our system.FIE product ordered on 2/9/From 2/9/through 3/24/We attempted to call you times and spoke with you timesDuring this time there was no indication of being unhappy with your FIE productThis spans the entire day return windowPG product ordered on 3/24/Second and final payment made on 5/13/but product was sent out on first paymentFrom 3/24/through 4/28/We had contact with you times regarding the PG product and the paperwork to attend our seminar with no mention of returning product5/11/is the first itme you contacted us about returning any productThis is well outside of the return window for both productsWe attempted to call times from 5/11/to 5/19/with no answer or return from messages left5/20/We received products in house and left a VM regarding the fact that this was outside of return window and we had resent the product back to you5/23/Spoke to you stating that this was well outside of advertised return window and call was disconnectedCalled again on 5/27/and 5/31/to help support the product you had as we wanted to help you be successful still.I have verified that you did receive the products back so you are in poossession of what you paid forI want to offer days free of the Diamond Membership to help you get started using the system again and take advantage of your products you purchasedI hope this resolves the issues we have been having please reach out with any questions you have.Thanks, [redacted] Operations Manager Turn­Key Systems, Inc

I signed off in Orlando,Florida at the next day meeting,on the 30th day of April No reply from them at allI lost a lot of money, I do not want this happening to other people! I have a copy of my replyI did not return home immediately, I was back home on the 8th, of May 2016! Which was on Sunday [redacted]

If you join this system note that they do not have a clear way to cancelThey first days are free, but if you decide you want to cancel you will not be reminded when the days are almost up (some companies give you a courtesy email prior to extracting payment)The website does not have a cancellation option like most servicesSo the first moment you decide it is not for you (hopefully before the initial days are up), call and cancel immediately
