Turnabout Plumbing & Heating

Review: September **, 2013, Turnabout Plumbing snaked main sewer line. I was charged $353.03 which I paid. They asked for payment on the date of service and gave me an invoice on the date of service. On January *, 2014, my sewer line clogged again and I called turnabout to see if it was under warranty. I spoke to a [redacted] in the office who said she would call me back and let me know. She did call back and told me it was under warranty and someone would call me for an appointment. I then read the initial invoice and noticed that the invoice stated that the clog was due to wipes. I found out that wipes were still being used and flushed after Turnabout came on September **, 2013. When the plumber from Turnabout called later on the same day (1/*/14) to say he was able to come I told him that I was pretty sure that it was due to the same problem - wipes. I asked him if it was going to be under warranty if in fact the problem was due to wipes. I told him I did not want him to come unless it was covered under the warranty. He told me he would call me back. He called me back and told me that it WAS covered under warranty. Two plumbers came, fixed the problem, and did not ask for any money nor did they give me a bill. I tipped them $20.00. I subsequently received a bill dated 1/**/14 for $255.27. I called the company and told them that I specifically stated that I only wanted service if it was covered under warranty and that the plumber had called and verified that it was under warranty before he arrived, but they said no - it was not under warranty and I owed them money. I sent the bill back unpaid with a letter. This week I received a second invoice. I do not owe them anything and I would like the billing to stop. They have no right to decide it was not under warranty after the fact.Desired Settlement: I do not want to keep getting bills and I want this matter closed.

As I stated before we never received any notice of this complainant. However we totally credited out her entire invoice. Even though she was throwing wipes down the toilet causing the main line to back up again and we told her that.This issue was totally resolved over a year ago.Please note thank you.[redacted]
