As background on this issue, please take that no monies were ever collected from the customer for our services and we wrote off the entire service call and charged the customer $Below is the response provided to Ms [redacted] on 5/19/via Angies List in regards to this issue: 5/19/2017Ms***,I am sorry for the trouble you are having We take all issues that our customers have with our service very seriously I also apologize for the delay in getting back to you I was unfortunately out of cell service when you contacted us yesterday morning but called as soon as I received your message As we discussed yesterday, I did speak this morning with the technician that was on site for your original call Based on what he was seeing when he was there, he made the best diagnosis he could I understand that it was incorrect based on the diagnosis by the well company and as such we will refund the entire bill for the day we where there My apologies again, we do make mistakes at times but when we do I do try and make it right[redacted] ***Holloway Plumbing

I also apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I was unfortunately out of cell service when you contacted us yesterday morning but called as soon as I received your message.
