Turnbull Tree Service

Kevin Turnbull seems like a nice guy and Turnbull Tree Service offered us reasonable rates, however, I would avoid doing business with them in the future. We had to call him weekly and leave messages to see why our tree was not being removed as was anticipated. Half of these times the messages were not returned and when they did finally remove the tree it was over four weeks past the original date we had set. It was an additional week before he could remove the stump and we were advised that the woodchips would be left in a pile where the stump was, so that it would not affect the lawn seeding/aeration we had completed after the tree was removed. This was not the case at all - the woodchips/sawdust was not raked and was scattered all over the yard. We left him several messages in regards to this issue but never heard back as I assumed he did not care we had already paid him. Like I said, seems like he had good intentions at the beginning but I wish we would have gone with someone else.
