Review: I had John T[redacted] drill a well back in April 2009.The well that was in existence had a terrible sulfur issue and we had spent thousands of dollars on water treatment without success.Every system fouled out.My neighbor just went to our town to get a permit for solar panels when they were told they had open permits.One being a addition they added 12 years ago.They needed to add a septic tank and extend their leach fields.In March 2015 my neighbor called to tell me that our well was drilled on their property.Well since then, John T[redacted] has been giving me the run around.When I contacted him in March, he came to my house and said he would take care of it.After many months of no contact, no return phone calls from myself,my son in law and my neighbor.I finally received a phone call from his daughter Sandy who was going to research this issue.Also when I went to the town, they had no record of the water test or his well log. I received an email from Sandy stating they had a solution.#1 was to open my old well, which is not an option , it is 436 ft down and water is not treatable with any system and I also told her that I now have an apartment downstairs without a room for more equipment.# 2 was to dig a well further towards back of my property and attached was an estimate.My response was #1 not an option , # 2 I would not pay for a new well since I had paid for one and due to their negligence they drilled it on my neighbors property.I am sure when you have a well drilling company it is their responsibility as to where the well is to be drilled due to leach fields and property line.The well was not drilled in the location that the town approved.I am not getting a response back.My house is now up for sale and this is going to be an issue.Due to personal issues I need to sell as soon as possible.I had conveyed this message to Sandy, John T[redacted]'s daughter.Still NO RESPONSE. My neighbor also sent her an email with no responseDesired Settlement: To drill a new well within my property line and according to the towns code as to placement regarding distance from leach fields at no cost to me since I paid for a new well in April 2009.Well needs to be drilled now due to selling of my house
