Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]
I am in receipt of your letter dated 11-14-regarding a complaint received from *** *** Prior to his formal complaint to you, Mr*** had sent us an email at our Home Office-not at the apartment community in which he resides. Within the hour I
investigated his concerns and responded right back to him explaining the charges on his account month by month. He responded and then proceeded to send you this formal complaint even though his ledger had been thoroughly explained On Tuesday, November 18, 2014, Mr*** came to our Home Office to discuss the above situation, without an appointment and I was more than willing to once again discuss the ledger with him. I printed not only a copy for Mr. *** but for his roommate and myself so we could both follow it together. I also gave him a copy of his Lease Agreement and his Pet Addendum Agreement and we reviewed his rental ledger in its entirety. Mr*** left my office with all of his paperwork and we agreed that indeed the ledger was correct and that he had a $credit towards his December rent Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me Kindest Regards, *** ** *** Regional Director Samaritan Companies (317) 777-Office (317) 431-*** Cell (317) 838-Fax
