I reviewed the notes on your account shown above and found no mention of any payment agreement. Be that as it may I will instruct our customer service department to have the late payment notation you are questioning to be removed from the credit bureaus to which Turner reports.

I spoke with Yesmin from Turner Acceptance Corp regarding my application for an auto loan. I spoke with Yesmin on 8/24/16 regarding my application for a 2006 [redacted] M35 that was for sale at KNB Motors in Villa Park for $3,999.99. Yesmin stated that I would need a cosigner although my credit history has no late payments or collections with a credit score of 667. I agreed to get a co signer who also has a good credit history with auto loan of on time payments for 2 years. I was then told by Yesmin that the co signer would not work because he has a auto loan. I was a bit confused because more than likely someone with a good credit history would have an auto loan on their credit. The original agreement was to put $500 down due to loan being less than $5,000.00. I figured that Turner Acceptance were just being greedy and wanted a higher down payment. Yesmin requested that I put $1000.00 down for the car. I was at work at the time and informed Yesmin that I will contact her after 5:00pm to inform her of whether I still wanted to go through with the loan. Yesmin called me back 10 minutes later and proceeded to be very rude during the conversation. She accused me and my co signer of not have drivers licenses although we both have auto loans on our credit. She lied and stated that she verified the information with Secretary of State in IL which is a complete lie because if she really verified the information she would've known that we both have valid drivers licenses. Yesmin continued to go on and on about how I'm not the one who pays the car note for the auto loan that I have already. I asked Yesmin who she figured that when the auto loan is paid on time each month. She stated that I told her that I did not. I told Yesmin that my grandmother drives the car that I have already due to her not having a thin file and no income so she was not able to get a car of her own. I never told Yesmin that I did not pay the car note. That was strike 2 during the hostile conversation which was becoming more and more evident that it was some sort of discrimination. I proceeded to inform Yesmin I am beginning to think this is a case of discrimination. She told me that I was making things up instead of ensuring me that it was not. I ran down the details of the conversation to Yesmin along with all of the lies she had placed on me. I informed her that all of my calls are recorded and that I have proof of everything she had lied about as well as the way she was speaking to me. Yesmin then hung up the phone in my face. Turner Acceptance has the worst customer service EVER! I would never in my life would with this company.
