the levels were ok She turned down the opportunity to put a service aggreement on the vehicle at the time of purchase so there was no coverage when she later had a brake system problem. Ross T***

We recognize that this is a very frustrating situation. We have explained to the customer that one part that we need to finish the repair is on national backorder. We have followed with General Motors almost daily for weeks trying to expidite delivery of the required part. Our
latest information from General Motors is that the part will be available mid November. We will get the vehicle back on the road as soon as we have parts in hand. Ross T***

I am rejecting this response because:I dont agree with what was saidthe fluids were low and extremely low on the antifreeze....and when I asked for a copy of what they went over for an inspection they couldn't give me a copy

*** ***Verbal Update 11/18/2015:Right now I am at *** * ***, I am getting a third pair of tires put on the back of the vehicleAs far as them checking out everything at the time of purchase, it was not done, the struts were loose and have been loose this is one problem of out of many that we have been having.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

Mr. [redacted] complaint is legitimate.  It should never take three months to get title to your vehicle.  When the lender sent the title to us it was lost in the mail.  Our office staff has worked diligently to acquired a duplicate title.  The paperwork was hand delivered to the Mesa...

County DMV this week.  That should allow Mr. [redacted] to get Colorado title in his name.  My apologies for the long delay.  We will follow up to make sure there are no other difficulties..   Ross T[redacted]

Attached is the original inspection of the vehicle in our shop on 4/29/15.  All the fluid levels were ok.  When the vehicle was brought back in we did not open a new RO but but di a visual check and the levels were fine.
