We absolutely apologize for the poor customer service in the parts department It is an issue that is presently being addressed The parts warranty for GM parts is simply that the part is replaced if it failsWe can refund the $as a goodwill gesture

I am rejecting this response because: That is not the correct phone numberIt is 614- [redacted] which is clearly printed on several sale documentsAlso, this repsonse does not address the other three concerns listed in the initial complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

My service manager has contacted the customer and left a voicemail stating that he will make arrangements to have someone pick her car up and get the recalls handled and then have someone deliver her car to herThe customer has not yet responded to the voicemail.If you have any questions let me know.Thanks

Being a mechanic for over years the repairs to have been done should have been honored, not inspected, and they DID NOT replace any rim, The new rim was purchased by me and cost me dollars, do they insinuate, I am crazy, I took the vehicle to [redacted] Auto Group and according to THEIR mechanic, The Whole front end is now at risk, So someone should have done a better job, and listened to the customer, which they failed to do, I am now stuck in a hole with a vehicle that is undrivable, and not to mention an extended warrenty sold to me that should not have expired till 163,miles, was actually sold as a 60k warrenty, which is now expired What I should do is drive the vehicle to JACK MAXTON CHEVY and park it in their possession to keep as thanks to them, I am paying for something that does not exist "Like a Rock" it just sits there I will accept an apology, and repairs to the vehicle at Maxtons cost, for failure to do as the customer requested, I did not take the vehicle to them in the spring for an opinion everyone has oneIt is financed by [redacted] financial, so this board is not where this will end unless Maxton Chooses to do what should have been done

General Motors and Jack Maxton Chevrolet have many service procedures in place to ensure that all customers are taken care of in a ***ely and adequate mannerOne of the channels GM provides is the ability to contact GM Executive GroupThe Executive Group will give instructions to a customer on how to contact a dealership close to them or escalate an issue at their current dealership [redacted] purchased her new vehicle elsewhere and was directed to go to Jack Maxton Chevrolet as her hosting dealership When [redacted] arrived, the Jack Maxton Service Department hooked her vehicle up to a diagnostics machine to check for codesWith advances in technology, the Service Department, regularly uses a Diagnostics machine to assist in servicing a vehicleJust as OnStar is linked to a vehicle and provides monthly diagnostics sent to your emailThere were no findings at this appointment [redacted] ***, Chevrolet District Manager, met with [redacted] on another occasion, to look at her vehicleThe information provided below is what [redacted] and the Jack Maxton Service Department gathered at that appointment [redacted] asked the customer to sign off on a repair order after discussing there were no issues with her vehicleThe customer refused [redacted] was not able to give her a copy of the repair order the day of appointment because we needed her signature to release the repair order information After a mile test drive and a series of diagnostics tests Jack Maxton Chevrolet and [redacted] could not duplicate the issue We referred the customer back to her GM Executive Group Advocate to obtain information requested since the repair order was not signed, as neededAfter [redacted] spoke with GM Executive Group, he released the report to [redacted] on March 17th On March 9th, 2015, no codes for powertrain and no history codes for powertrain were presenthistory code for HVAC B393B VoltageThis should not affect powertrainWe explained this to the customerWe asked her to sign the repair order again and she refusedShe demanded a code results report and said she would not leave the premises until she received thisAt that ***e, Jack Maxton Chevrolet, felt authorities would have to escort the customer out Jack Maxton Chevrolet and [redacted] feel they have exceeded the obligations concerning this customer Please advise if any additional information is needed
