I am rejecting this response because: That is not how the call went at all. I NEVER raised my voice to the point of where she had to move the phone from her ear. I was at work on the front desk and had I raised my voice my co-workers
would have heard. Also, when I asked her if she was laughing at me, she said, I'm sorry, this is just so...and she never finished her sentence. She then proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid. I have worked in the hospitality industry for years and would have NEVER treated a guest the way she did
