I went to Turner Kia to claim a prize that I thought I won as part of a promotion The first thing that the salesman did was fill out a form with my personal info When I asked what he needed all that for I was told it was for government reporting in case I won a large prize this made sense so I signed the form I only won $so I took it and left The next day I discovered they had run my credit I was never told that they would do that and when I called their office I was informed that the form I signed had nothing to do with taxes as I was told but was a permission for them to do a credit check

Ryan K[redacted] treated my parents in an unprofessional manner while their car was in the shop last month. They were visiting family over Christmas when their 2003 Kia Sorento broke down and needed major repairs, preventing them from enjoying the rest of their trip and ruining their plans to spend New Years in New York City. The repairs were not complete at the promised time, and this was not communicated to them until they came to pick it up. They had no choice but to get a rental car and drive back to Virginia to get back to work. Ryan K[redacted] promised that the dealership would cover the cost of the rental car including insurance, and also promised to meet halfway in Maryland when the repairs were complete. On the day this was supposed to happen, my father was told he would have to come all the way to the dealership and would not be met halfway. When my parents were able to return to Harrisburg to pick up their vehicle, the battery was dead, and the staff gave them a hard time about replacing it. The service department also tried to charge them for the rental car. Eventually Ryan agreed to cover the rental, but did not cover the cost of insurance, so he did not keep his word. He proceeded to disrespect my parents in an awful manner. He admitted that he lied about covering the rental expenses and suggested they be grateful he ended up covering part of it. He also admitted to lying about meeting halfway to return the vehicle, saying "Yeah, I lied. I'm getting sick of dealing with you people acting like we owe you something.
