absolutely terrible experience with law office, over charged and billed for invoice never received since they have debit card on file There case load is entirely to high and never show up on time, and I mean never!!!!!

I paid this firm to help me with problems I am having with child support services of TN.The firm took the retainer fee and I ahven't heard anything.
I met with mr. [redacted] in nov 0f 2013 and paid a $600 retainer fee to have my child support cases reviewed for modification. The firm sent me a letter explaining that they have sent to the child support agency a request of my current orders.After the Christmas holiday I met with an associate to discuss my case and he stated that [redacted] would return my call on Dec 27th. I have tried repeatedly to talk with [redacted] and every time I call I am given the run around. If they cannot help me with my cases then they should just say so and return me the money I paid them.I cannot believe that the child support agency has not relayed any information to this law firm.
