I am not surprised by Turner Motorsports (TMS) response, as I feel that there was never any true intent to resolve this matter. My experience with TMS has been all but pleasantThe actual account of my email conversation with Turner Motorsport is included in the attached document titled "TMS Email Record 10.28.16". This email demonstrates that TMS accepted some responsibility for the damages I incurred while in good faith trusting in their tuning software marketed to consumersUnfortunately their offer of $1,store credit was not equitable to the true damages ($2,860) that I incurred, and I attempted to reach a more equitable settlement as demonstrated in my Email to TMS on October 24, If TMS truly intended to resolve this matter they would have continued to negotiate rather than sending the email dated October 28, 2016, where they are denying any compensation of any kind. The bottom line is that TMS sold me a product; marketed as” the easiest tuning software upgrade on the market” that included incorrect installation instructions for my particular vehicle, provided absolutely no tech support, and as a result the product destroyed the engine control unit, and instrument cluster on my vehicleTMS fails to recognize any responsibility, but instead only offers personal insults and dishonest rebuttals to my claimA responsible business would acknowledge responsibility and work with the customer to resolve the matter in an equitable manner.

Customer was offered a full refund. We sent UPS to pick up wheels on our dimeWheels are correct fitment for this car, however, customer had modifications done that caused interference that were not brought to our attention. A small change in ride-height or a small spacer would
have fixed this issue, but customer was not willing to accept these solutions and threatened to file a chargeback with the card carrier, so our solution was only one we had

I emailed them and said I thought it was very poor that they wouldn't honor the sale that their business had made with meThey emailed me telling me how poor of me to ask a business to honor such a thing as this, that I was exploiting their mistakesI love how this is now my fault, I don't know the fair market value of this spoiler, it’s not something you buy more than once per car and I just so happened to never bought a spoiler beforeOn the website the spoilers ranged in price from $for the one I ordered to roughly $250, for my vehicle, there is no earthly reason for me to believe that there was a nearly $option out there because they didn't have another one in that price point and the one I was purchasing said it was everything I neededIt didn't say this is just for the adhesive for a spoiler, it said it was the entire kit, spoiler and adhesive.If I go into a store and something is marked for $and I take it to the cashier, I'm going to pay $and leave with my purchaseThey are using the fact that they are an internet based company to exploit customers and their own inability to provide true customer serviceThe last email I received from them on April 15th, the SALES MANAGER had the audacity to tell me "that all prices are subject to change without noticeThat includes before and AFTER the sale." He is actually saying that after you buy from them they can change the price and not send you the product until you either agree to pay the higher price or go find the product somewhere elseIs this the kind of business that the Revdex.com wants to say is an "accredited business"? The solution that is being proposed here will cost my family anywhere from $500 to $1000 in rental car fees while the product is "analyzed". Why should my family be forced to be without a vehicle for a month or pay for a rental vehicle when it is a faulty product.  Your solution is simply passing the buck onto another company. It also fails to take into account that your company is taking the vehicle that transports my two children to daycare and school everyday from us for an unspecified length of time. Can you guarantee a 7 day turnaround. No you can not because you can not control another company.  I have contacted your Attorney General and according to their office, you are accountable for any product you sell. If you sell a faulty product, it is your responsibility to make the transaction whole.  Then it is your responsibility to deal with your vendor. Your solution is not acceptable to me nor your attorney general!

Thank you for contacting us.  I am familiar with Mr. [redacted]’s order.  Our website has been going through an update and given this update there has been a couple products on the site that had incorrect pricing.  This was the case in Mr. [redacted]’s order.  The error was simply that...

the website did not charge him for the part itself, just the adhesive that was an option for installation of said part.  Mr. [redacted] was contacted immediately regarding this issue.  Given that this was our error, we offered Mr. [redacted] a 20% discount on the part.  He was not satisfied and requested that we ship the order as it was placed via the internet ($43.96 for a $474 part).  I stated that this was not possible and again offered him a 20% discount on the part.  He insisted that we ship the order as placed or he not only go to the Revdex.com, but also leave bad reviews on our site as well as other places of media. This was Mr. [redacted]’s first and only order with our company and unfortunately he found one of the few parts that were incorrect and tried to exploit the error.  I’m sorry that we couldn’t make this work, but we feel as though we offered the best solution available to make the customer happy.  In this case, I believe the customer was unreasonable and trying to take advantage of an anomaly. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will do my best to help.Thank you,[redacted]Sales Manager | Turner Motorsport[redacted]

does not feel that this is a product quality or defect issue. The customer has over sized wheels/tires installed on his vehicle and that is why they feel the spring is rubbing the coil. However, you are more than welcome to return the product to ** for warranty inspection. If the product is defective it will either be rebuilt or replaced. If no defect is found, unfortunately the product would not be covered under the manufacturer warranty. When ordering this product you receive the product itself plus the manufacturers warranty, which was shared above. This warranty is not processed or approved by Turner Motorsport. While we are happy to facilitate the warranty process, the inspection and decision will be made by the manufacturer. We are prepared to give this information plus additional details, as needed to any inquires or posts made on social media, forums or contact from the local AG office. We've provided you with a solution to have the product inspected, following the manufacturers warranty process which is included with the purchase of the product.  Have a good day.
