We have been a tenant with Turner Properties for 2 years and the quality maintenance work has been sub-par. We just recently had a 15 ft. tree branch that felling in our back yard that fractured our backyard fence. I filled a maintenance ticket on 7-10-16 and they have failed to fulfill the ticket request to remove the tree branch and fix the back fence.
We just renewed our lease. They have always been responsive to maintenance isssues in a very timely manner and the office staff has been helpful
