I hired this company to put a new roof on my shed and replace the gutters on the house Once the roof was completed, we had a wind storm that blew off a couple of shingles I called in and was told I would be put on a listI called four weeks later - they knew nothing about me but said it would be done by the following Friday and it was done What they did was staple the shingles (inappropriate) and then put some kind of glue?? on the staples I assume it is for when the water hits the staples it does not run down with rust Looks unprofessional The gutters - I waited and waited so I finally called and they said my Christmas lights were still up (first of January) so they couldn't do anything Why did they not call me and tell me I had the lights down the same day so they came and put up the gutters They made a mess Used some of my old gutter parts - was so unprofessional I called and asked to speak to the owner and never heard back Will never use this company again

What an unethical companySteer clear as the company is very unprofessionalFirst time I dealt with them a inspector rang the bell I was just getting out of the shower so I yelled through the door one minuet and turn around 30seconds later he is already on the roof standing in the window of the room I'm getting dress inPEEPING TOM needs to learn some patienceI call the company upset leave my info with the receptionist and NEVER hear back from them Then they come to do the roof and this time it's before 8am and I wake up to many men standing in the window of my room They didn't even knock this time they just got right up in the windows PEEPING TOM'SI go outside and ask why they didn't knock first and get yelled at by a gentleman that it is not their policy to knock firstREALLY DOES THIS COMPANY NOT EVEN HAVE COMMON COURTESYI still have yet to even hear back from someone in charge of this company for either complaints I've made
