Review: [redacted] of [redacted] Tax Services received a total of $440 from myself to complete my 2012 taxes and a 2011 amendment. The taxes were never returned to me or filed by [redacted] Tax Services. After numerous calls and emails throughout the 2012 year Mr. [redacted] never returned my calls or emails. At the beginning of January 2014, I finally got a call from Mr. [redacted], and he said he had done the taxes, and would check to see what happened to them. He also stated that he did not want to damage his company's name, and would give me a refund of my fees. It is now March 21, 2014, and I still have not gotten my monies returned. I have emailed [redacted] Tax Services, called and left messages, and he has refused to contact me.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my $440 dollars via official US Postal money order, via priority mail tracking.
Review: In February of 2013 I paid Turner Tax Services $220.00 to file my 2012 tax return.In April I had not received my refund and started calling Turner Tax Services to find out the status. I was not able to contact anyone at the office. Still in April while on a trip to San Diego I drove to the office three of the five days I was in San Diego but was never able to contact anyone. When I returned home I called the IRS to find out if my return had been filed and was told that no returned had been filed.I was told to re-file my return in order to receive my refund. I paid another preparer and within a couple of weeks I had my refund. Since then I have tried calling Turner Tax Services to demand a refund of the $220.00 fee they charged but number will not accept any messagesDesired Settlement: A refund of my $220.00 fee.
Review: On January 23, 2013 I gave [redacted] Turner my information and $230 to do my 2012 tax return. He said he would e-File but they were never done. I e-mailed Mr Turner and he agreed to give me my money back on 2/15/2013. I e-mailed him and called him several times and have not yet heard from him. I went to his office and the business site states that he rent an office but has not been seen. I want my refund.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $230 that I gave Mr. Turner for my 2012 tax return that was not filed.
