I find it interesting that this complaint was filed the same day we received the call from the consumer stating she was having a problem with the unitThis complaint was filed prior to our company even having an opportunity to respond to the callFor clarification we received the call on 10-29-
in the morning that the refrigerator was flashing on the control panel and there was water on the floorWe sent a technician out that morning to see what had occurred, the tech was able to get the unit diagnosed as having a failed evaporator fan motor causing the unit to short cycle the controlThis was a different failure to the previous repair which was a sealed system issue The tech at that time called in to have the part brought to him to make the repair immediatelyThe customer was not charged any money for this repair even though the failure was not relatedIn response to the doors being misaligned or the handle being loose we never received contact from the consumer about this issueWe would have gladly sent a technician by to make any adjustments necessary The consumer even took the time to call our office after the tech was there to compliment on the technician that responded. As far as the comment that we make repairs and then a couple of week later something else on the unit fails, as if we plan for this is very unrealisticWe warranty all of our work and have for the some years we have been in business in the Kansas City areaWe are a company that runs to calls a day and work hard to take care of our customersWe have found that not everyone can be 100% satisfied but we work very hard to take care of our customersI just find it very disheartening that complaints are made or posted before we are given the chance to resolve any issues brought to our attention.This issue has already been resolved in the manor for which the consumer has requested.*** ***s Consumer Service Inc
