We were notified via email yeterday afternoon and MrTurner has mad multiple attempts to contact our customer as early as 8:a.m(Friday 02-05-2015) We are waiting a response from Ms [redacted] in an attempt to address and resolve her concerns

Altough I recieved an apology, I was informed that the couch that I ordered a month ago (reason is unclear)is not available and I will need to
pay more money to get a couch that looks just like the one I orderedNow I am waiting while a search for the couch I ordered is underway in all of the storesThe question is: why didn't this happen a month ago? This implies that I am now getting a store model which would normally come with a discount.
Tips to remember:
I recieved three postcards that told me information about deliveriesStop doing the postcards and start calling with friendly calls and accurate information
Put your friendliest employee on the phoneWhen Customers call, they should feel like they are important and not a burdenMake the salesperson follow up on orders and inform the client when a problem occursThe contract is signed and is not finalized until the customer recieves the product that they orderedAnd as a final note, the customer should feel like they are getting a good deal or they wont come backAlso, they will talk to others in the community and let them know
