12/14/3:00pm I have called her and she wants me to come when her son-in-law is there and that's only during times that I do not work. I don't have an issue coming when he's there but our times are clashing. 12/12:I requested that he refund my money. He called me a month ago and told me he would come out and see what would need to be done. I asked my son-in-law to be at the house when they came. He didn't know what he was doing. I would like a refund because I'm not sure if he knows how to fix the issues. The paint was dripping, he took my towel rod down and I can't put it up, you can see the old paint through the new paint, and the tub is done wrong. He only needs to finish putting up a wooden trim and caulking all around the edges of the counter top. He would just have to come when someone is home. We can set up a time.12/3:Called consumer with update, vm is full12/2:I will reach out to my son-in-law and find out when he's available. 1/10/Called and left Ms*** a msg to see if we can set up a time for the company to come out1/26/I haven't been able to get them to come out. 02/21/2018: Mediator sent consumer email requesting update.02/26/2018: Mediator called consumerReached voicemail message but unable to leave message as mailbox was full.02/28/2018: I have decided to let the business come and fix the problemNext week in the morning any day but Tuesday would be okay

I advised the home owner that the best way to change the color of the bathroom tile was to replace the tileShe did not want to change the tile she wanted to paint itI explained I could do that ,but could not offer any guarantees of who it would lookShe agreed to trying the painted option
firstI have been trying to reach the home owner to return to finish the work in the kitchen
I have reached out to this customer directly and we have come to a resolution
