I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am not satisfied with the business' response because the gun had already been sold to me. Sold is sold. You need to understand that the gun had already been sold BEFORE it came off the California No Sell List. I therefore feel they need to compensated me for the difference in price of an other weapon that is comparable on the market that I will buy from Turners.

Review: On 07/30/2014 I purchased a hand gun it was put on layaway yesterday 08/26/2014 I went in pay it off tried to to start the D.R.O.S. paper work on it and was told they could no longer sell the gun witch had already been sold to ME!Desired Settlement: same or better for that pricing

I know the letter states 2 weeks to respond but I just received this letter on my desk.
The handgun that the customer purchased is no longer on the CA approved handgun list and therefore we can no longer sell it.
He can change into another similar handgun if he wishes or he can get a full refund. Both of which were already offered to him.
