I placed an order back in July of 2020 and never received my orders. I went to the San Bernardino store and they said they do not see any orders. They said I need to send an email to find out the status of my orders.

I sent several emails trying to find out the status of my orders or if I could get a refund, but I never received any replies so I basically gave up and never purchased anything from turners for over 2 years.

I recently made a purchase from another store location and the sales clerk was very friendly and helpful with my purchase. I want to purchase more items which I saw online, but I’m still hesitant because of what happened 2 years ago. I have another gun store that I regularly make purchases from but your store really has good deals.

I know my purchase that I’m requesting refund for has been over 2years, but I’m hoping at least someone will reply to my email. I guess we’ll see.

If I don’t receive any response then I guess I’ll just do in store purchases, because I can’t trust ordering online with your store. I can’t trust that I’ll receive my product.

With respect to Mr***' concerns with the ad that was attached to his complaint:* "This sale was supposed to last an entire week" -The ad does last an entire weekHowever, the ad also clearly states that all items featured in the ad are limited to stock on handWe are continuing to honor sales
prices for those items still in stock during the sale period including every gun in stock and 100's of items not shown in the ad, that is in addition to other guns and merchandise specifically listed in the ad that Mr*** attached.* "They wouldn't offer teh sale prices at their other locations" - The ad clearly states that the promo prices are only good at our Lake Forest store, thus the sale is called the "Lake Forest Anniversary Sale".*"Every thing had been sold out" -As stated above, not everything sold out.*" They had insufficient stockno rain checksa two hour sale...deliberate advertising...no restock" - In addition to informing customers that sale prices were limited to stock on hand, the ad clearly states how many of each item were availableIt also states "Limited Quantities" and "No Rainchecks"There are no statements of unlimited stock on hand nor statements that rainchecks will be issued.It is unfortunate that Mr*** did not arrive early enough to purchase the limited quantity item that he wantedThe store opened at 8:am by which time 100+ customers were inlineIt could be estimated that possibly another customers entered the store over the next hours before Mr*** arrivedIn order to secure the limited quantity items they most desired a large number of customers arrived at the store much earlier than Mr*** and successfully purchased what they wanted

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12781406, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

The price originally sought by the customer was the result of a typographical error. While the company had posted retractions online and in-store, the customer was offered the retracted price inadvertently. The manager felt that he could not offer the lower price. However after reaching out to...

his supervisor and other senior staff in the main office, the decision was made to honor the incorrect, retracted price. The customer was contacted on the same day as when this complaint was filed and the customer returned to the store and was able to purchase the firearm at the lower price.We apologize for the confusion but the customer has indicated that he is now satisfied.
