Turney Landscaping Reviews (2)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Addressing the issues as stated in first paragraph:1) The neighbors witnessed the "parrot" incident AND the lead gardener *** even told me himself, as I got out of my car upon my arrival to the house, since I was gone during the time of what took place, what had transpiredHe disclosed to me what he had done with putting the parrot on his shoulder and going from door to door trying to find out who the parrot belonged to, AND I was gracious enough to "let it go" at that time; that is, a week without work because of what took place.Addressing the issues as stated in the second paragraph:2) The couple of cuss words used to fire back at *** Turney was due to his severe problems in his twisting of scenarios, involving lies, and with his outrageous angry combative behavior to his paying business customer since January or February 2015, this unprofessional behavior commencing in my initial calling the business and nicely but pointedly complaining of issues as described in prior letter submitted which revolve around there being no oversight of the various alternate gardeners neglecting the routine tasks to be performed, as I reiterated to him that he was being PAID for proper work to be done*** outrageous angry combative behavior was that of yelling to "find someone else." As I previously stated, *** then called me back with an apology in so many words.Upon another call to ***, who I was told took over the gardening part of the business, with ongoing issues causing dissatisfaction that she needed to be aware of, *** nicely stated to me at that juncture that she would start making surprise visits to their hired gardenersI questioned the lack of proper training of their various gardeners. When the current lead gardener *** who was requested to come back since he and the son *** had done such an excellent job together, *** came back with another unknown gardener and completely reversed his working ethic that he had along with their son in doing a thorough job, of which is very simple if all is kept up on a weekly basis as had been done for some monthsAgain, as previously disclosed, I once again made a phone call to wife *** to bring up the issues to work not being performed, as had been done without any problems when the son was in charge, set forth in prior letter submitted, wherein *** said that she would talk to the gardeners to work better togetherMy last sentence to *** was that we would give them one more week to see if they were going to do a complete job and if not we were going to get other gardeners. With that, the next day *** sent an invoice, as a copy was sent to you for review, with the note stating:"*** - this will be your final billThe guys have been spending minutes at your house each week and that would normally cost $235/moBased on the amount you pay, they get minutes a visitThe things you are requesting cannot be done at the price you pay per month and were not a part of the original agreement."As you can see on the invoice, $150/month is clearly indicated, and this was the verbal agreement since the commencement of TLC's services in January or February of when *** came to the house and observed the front and backyard and giving my mother and I the rate of $150/moto get the job done (front and back), and there were no complaints when the work was being fully and very satisfactorily completed and no mention of a decrease in the time spent or an increase in the monthly chargeThis, as is clear to see, all transpired upon my bringing the newly dissatisfaction to *** and *** Turney as pointed outYou can see the ludicrous outrageous sudden amount of $135/mowritten on the July invoice that was suddenly pulled out of the air which is so entirely suspicious of their retaliation...that falls into the category of unfair business practices.Let it be known that the son *** and I and my mother had a nice respectful rapport/friendship, and so the ludicrous and twisted comment that "she bought complaining about things would get him to come back" is crazyThe son once very briefly disclosed to me upon asking him how's it going, that he had recently gotten into a bar brawl, of which soon after his position was reassigned to working with his dad in the landscaping end of the businessRegarding the bar brawl, I told him that he had so much going for him, that his work was excellent and appreciated and to keep on the right track because there are too many consequences otherwise. On one occasion not too long ago when the current lead gardener *** did not show up after he had fallen while doing a job on another's property, per other gardeners, and hurt his hand to the extent that he was in the E.Rwith injuries, the son *** came that regular Monday to fill in for *** then talked briefly about his learning and working with his dad in the landscaping end of the business, and I happily said to him that I was hoping all was going well with himDuring his tenor here *** even demonstrated excellent customer service skills as he would occasionally come to the front door and very sweetly would discuss with my mother and I what he accomplished and even asked questions if need be at times to ensure customer satisfactionMy year old mother and I always applauded him for his good work and his genuine pleasant personality. At no time was it stated that a "section of the yard would be done at a time, not the whole thing each time, based on the amount she paid each month." If that were the case, TLC would have been dropped like a hot potato.Various alternating TLC gardeners deviated from the usual gardening tasksIn addition to what was submitted in prior letter re having to ask and tell these gardeners what needs to be done that has been neglected, I could go on and on about requests discussed with them at various times, such as to please clear out the massive amount of leaves accumulated from the winter rains that was preventing the flow of the then stagnant water from the long-running creek-like area on the one side of the front of the house extending to the furthest fence in the backyardOn another occasion, I discussed with two unusual gardeners that I had to trim the branches of various small trees that always needed to be manicured and kept rounded, and was discarding the pile of trimmings in the garbage can, and to please always tend to this issue since this was becoming more and more of a left out taskAt that, the one gardener said thank you for doing that (of which he should have known to do but apparently was not properly coached/trained by TLC owners). This is the same disservice that has been complained of with new lead gardener *** who at once was spoken highly of and requested to please come back since *** was now working in the landscaping end of the business*** now had to be told to please keep the many rose plants cut low of which he did not do until his lat day here, as well as to please keep rose branches that are sticking out into the front of the house walkway trimmed since the untrimmed growth reaches out and catches onto your clothes*** was also told, of which he knew to do when working with ***, to please continue to pull out the undergrowth from the small trees/bushes (the undergrowth coming up from the stem of the bush/tree that would eventually be out of control) which he was also neglecting did his last response was that he only had minutes to do his work, all of which was discussed in prior letter.Of course it was a huge TLC unsatisfied customer stemming from lack of proper "training" of their employees in addition to a lack of oversight by owners. These communications should never have to take place with a reputable business with proper business ethics that is getting paid to perform properly.3) We were in receipt of an invoice with the deduction of the $for the "parrot" week after TLC received the initial letter of scenarios and complaints of which Revdex.com has the same copy of."***"P.S- This case can be closed now after there was the deduction of the $for services not performed

7-25-16[redacted]Turney LandscapingWe never skipped a week of work as there is two gardeners on site and would not leave a site without doing the workTell her to please stop leaving vulgar messages on our phone with cuss words, all because we pulled our 24 year old son from her house because she was...

making him feel uncomfortable with the way she was acting towards him. She thought complaining about things would get him to come back. As originally was agreed upon a section of the yard would be done at a time, not the whole thing each time, based on the amount she paid each month.[redacted] TurneyAttached is a bill for half because we just want her to leave us alone at this point.
