Peaches Skin Care of Ohio LLC Montgomery RdMontgomery OH 45242Revdex.com assigned ID [redacted] July 13, 2015Re; [redacted] To whom it may concern,We received the complaint letter regarding [redacted] 's claimsWe take all of our customer concerns very seriously and wish to respond with the facts of the matter[redacted] came into our establishment 6/25/ [redacted] received a facial, microdermabrasion and micro-current treatment at that time [redacted] was with our esthetician for approximately minutesDuring the treatment our estheticians explain how skin works, how to maximize the results of doing natural skin care procedures to achieve long lasting and healthy skin[redacted] was offered the choice of coming back to receive further treatments and was also offered the choice of purchasing a “package" of services that enables clients who want to receive skin care treatments the opportunity to save money on these services[redacted] apparently was pleased enough with our services that [redacted] purchased a package as well as $worth of products at the time of her service.We, as a company as well as our employees are very clear and upfront with prospective clients who wish to purchase packages explaining that there are “NO REFUNDS" on packages after a client purchases themWe have had clients in the past who have had buyer's remorse, change in personal financial situations, upset spouses, etcwho have “changed their minds” after buying a package and that is why we have them sign to different documents stating that this is our policy and that they understand that by signing and purchasing a package that there will be no refunds.We have been in the skin care business for years providing the same kind of Service and using the same products with thousands, if not 10's of thousands of satisfied clientsWe know what we are doing and have a long track record to prove we know what we're doing[redacted] 's claims that we told her we have “chemical free" productsThere is no such thing as chemical free productsAll products have chemicals in themEverything is a chemicalWater is a chemicalNot sure what [redacted] is referring toWe told her that we have "all-Natural” products, which we doBacked up by our manufacturer who has making these safe and effective products for us for over years[redacted] also claims that we told her that Microdermabrasion gets the same results as laserThey are differentLaser burns off your skinMicrodermabrasion removes the outside layer of dead skinMuch safer with better resultsIf a Laser medical spa told her different that is because they are trying to sell their services with a biased opinion.If [redacted] would have been a polite person and called the salon and asked to Speak with the owner and expressed her concerns in a decent way I'm sure we could have avoided this whole situationInstead [redacted] called the salon and yelled at our receptionist and threatened us saying that if [redacted] didn't get her money back that [redacted] would pursue legal action and that “we didn't want to get her husband involved, or there would be big trouble” [redacted] is welcome to use her remaining services and can book her appointments with the owner, so that [redacted] can receive the personal attention that [redacted] may be looking for.We hope [redacted] will feel welcomed to come back into our salon and we will do our very best to provide the best service possible

[redacted] was with our esthetician for approximately 90 minutes. During the treatment our estheticians explain how skin works, how to maximize the results of doing natural skin care procedures to achieve long lasting and healthy skin.[redacted] was offered the choice of coming back to receive further treatments and was also offered the choice of purchasing a “package" of services that enables clients who want to receive skin care treatments the opportunity to save money on these services.[redacted] apparently was pleased enough with our services that [redacted] purchased a package as well as $224 worth of products at the time of her service.We, as a company as well as our employees are very clear and upfront with prospective clients who wish to purchase packages explaining that there are “NO REFUNDS" on packages after a client purchases them. There is no such thing as chemical free products. All products have chemicals in them. Everything is a chemical. Water is a chemical. Not sure what [redacted] is referring to. We told her that we have "all-Natural” products, which we do. Backed up by our manufacturer who has making these safe and effective products for us for over 25 years.[redacted] also claims that we told her that Microdermabrasion gets the same results as laser. They are different. Laser burns off your skin. Microdermabrasion removes the outside layer of dead skin. Much safer with better results. If a Laser medical spa told her different that is because they are trying to sell their services with a biased opinion.If [redacted] would have been a polite person and called the salon and asked to Speak with the owner and expressed her concerns in a decent way I'm sure we could have avoided this whole situation.
