This company is a pure scam. They took my father for over $15k. Their tactic is to service you loans (that means all statements go to them and you no longer hear from your creditors), they make no payments on your loans for the duration of your contract with them, and when the contract is up you have paid them gobs of money but none of it ever gets paid towards your debt. So when your agreement with them is over, they return service of your loans to your address and you get to learn that you were scammed.

Dont use them. They completely sever communication as soon as you start asking them any serious questions like, can you show me my payoff statements.

Review: Can't reach company or initial agent. As of 2-3- 2014 have not been contacted directly via email or phone by a representative of either Turning Leaf- National Debt or Multiservices Billing inc. Was contacted by initial contact a [redacted] who has been terminated and told not to contact me- a [redacted] Director of Operations is supposed to contact me- She has not done so- I have reached out via phone and email - no information- none of the numbers are being picked up [redacted] said they had not processed my paper work and missed the initial payment date of 1-31-2014. The reason for her termination- closing English Sales department- I have put a stop at my banking institution. I have also emailed [redacted] and [redacted] a number of times stating that because of this situation I am cancelling our service agreement before it gets started. As of this time they have done nothing for me - missed the initial date and have been non responsive and closing English office.Desired Settlement: I just want to put this on record with the Revdex.com- confirm cancellation of contract- services have not started -
