I just got another call from the same debt collector and left voicemail being aggressive again. I would like the company to transfer my account to someone who is helpful.

if our communication has caused any inconvenience.Although I was not present during our conversation with Mr. [redacted] a review of the complaint shows that at no time were there any threats made to livelyhood, lawsuits nor health of Mr. [redacted]. The conversation was quite pleasant, he did in fact state that this debt incurred due to helping out with their daughters' dental issue. An email was provided to forward original documentation (only) to but at no time was their daughter spoke to or threatened by our representative. At no time did Mr. [redacted] state he had ANY health issues. Again the account has been closed and all calls have ceased.
