Re: Guest Mr [redacted] Revdex.com Complaint ID No [redacted] Dear Sir or Madam:We are writing in response to a complaint that Turning Stone Resort Casino recently received from the Revdex.com recently regarding a guest's experience during an overnight stay on December 24, 2015.Turning Stone Resort Casino always strives to provide our guests with a world class resort experience and wedeeply regret that Mr [redacted] s stay with us did not meet our standards of excellenceTurning Stone has taken, and continues to take, the allegations raised in Mr [redacted] s complaint very seriously and our staff members have attempted to directly address and correct Mr [redacted] s recent unfortunate experience.Prior to receiving notice of complaint from the Revdex.com, we had already taken several steps toaddress the very serious concerns raised by Mr [redacted] First and foremost, the member of our housekeeping staffresponsible for cleaning and changing the bed linens in Mr [redacted] s room is no longer employed by Turning Stone.Second, we then invited Mr [redacted] to be a complimentary guest of Turning Stone for a future night stay with us.We are very pleased that Mr [redacted] recently returned as our guest and hope that his recent experience with us exceeded his expectations.We note that Mr [redacted] s complaint to the Revdex.com requested a refundFor his stay on December24th, Mr [redacted] took advantage of a complimentary room coupon and so there was no charge associated with his hotel room for that eveningTherefore, there is no room charge for us to refund to himHowever, as noted above,Mr [redacted] has since returned as a hotel guest free of charge.We regret that we did not meet our standards of excellence or Mr [redacted] s expectations during his December 24th stay with usWe believe that we have addressed the concerns contained in his complaint and hope that he enjoyed his more recent stay with us.If you have any questions regarding the above, please don't hesitate to contact me.Very truly yours, Karen [redacted] Senior Vice President for Hospitality

I am writing in response to the above-referenced customer complaint made by anindividual named [redacted] in connection with her stay at The Inn at Turning Stone Resort Casino on May 24, Specifically, Ms [redacted] filed a complaint with youroffice stating she paid $for a hotel room she did not useWe appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint.After investigating this matter, we found that, on February 25, 2016, Ms [redacted] made reservations and paid for two hotel rooms (one room was reserved under her name andthe other room was reserved under the name [redacted] ) at The Inn for the night of May 24, This purchase was part of a concert package promotion deal that cost $for two tickets and a hotel roomThe total cost for two concert packages was $This amount was charged to Ms [redacted] 's MasterCard ending in [redacted] onFebruary 25, 2016.All hotels at Turning Stone require guests to provide a $deposit for incidentals upon cheto their roomA hold for this amount is placed on a credit or debit card and, if no services are used, is released back to the guest's card at the time of their departureGuests are supposed to be informed of this deposit at the time of the hotelroom booking.On the date Ms [redacted] and her party arrived at the hotel, they were unable to provide the necessary deposit for incidentalsAs a courtesy to the guests, the hotel staff allowed the group to cheto one of the two hotel rooms without a depositThe guests never returned to the front desk to resolve the deposit issue and presumably roomed together.Unfortunately, since the payment had already been tendered approximately three months earlier and the matter was never raised again by Ms [redacted] , the charge for unused room went unnoticed.Therefore, as a result of our investigation, Turning Stone has refunded $to Ms[redacted] 's credit card on August 9, (see enclosed hotel folio receipt) for the amountof the unused roomIn light of this refund made to Ms [redacted] , the Oneida Nation believes this complaint to now be resolved.Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.Very truly yours,ONEIDA INDIAN NATION Karen [redacted] Senior Vice President for Hospitality

Specifically, Ms. [redacted] filed a complaint with youroffice stating she paid $100.00 for a hotel room...

she did not use. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint.After investigating this matter, we found that, on February 25, 2016, Ms. [redacted] made reservations and paid for two hotel rooms (one room was reserved under her name andthe other room was reserved under the name [redacted]) at The Inn for the night of May 24, 2016. This purchase was part of a concert package promotion deal that cost $243.31 for two tickets and a hotel room. The total cost for two concert packages was $484.62. This amount was charged to Ms. [redacted]'s MasterCard ending in [redacted] onFebruary 25, 2016.All hotels at Turning Stone require guests to provide a $50.00 deposit for incidentals upon check-in to their room. A hold for this amount is placed on a credit or debit card and, if no services are used, is released back to the guest's card at the time of their departure. Guests are supposed to be informed of this deposit at the time of the hotelroom booking.On the date Ms. [redacted] and her party arrived at the hotel, they were unable to provide the necessary deposit for incidentals. As a courtesy to the guests, the hotel staff allowed the group to check-in to one of the two hotel rooms without a deposit.
