Hi there. Just wanted to let you know anyone know that's looking. That Turning Point Handyman Services LLC truly amaze me at how they handled and carried themselves and how gentlemanly they truly were. Ronnie and his brother and his nephew. It really showed up and showed out. And we're very nice. And kind to an old lady. Thank you guys for your hard work. And for fair pricing Did a beautiful job on painting the inside and outside of my two story home? And you kept me in the loop through the entire process. Before proceeding to The Next Step. You always allowed me to check it out as best I could and the places I could not get to that were too high. You took Multiple pictures so that I could see it. Your work was amazing. I really appreciate it. I will be using you guys again. And for anyone looking to find a great painting group. Though it takes them time to get it done. They do it right the first time. Business owner Ronnie *** went above and beyond. More than I can even have hope for I really appreciate you coming out after hours. Taking time away from your family. To take care of a busted pipe and then coming back the next day. And redoing my bathroom hallway and bedroom floors And not overcharging me. I am very grateful that I chose you and your company. The WORST handy man ever!!!! I knew more about what to do than he did, and I am NOT a carpenter. He brought his brother to do doorway and I had to have ALL of that work done over. He did not complete the work and kept putting me off. But he did not hesitate to ask for a "draw" after each day.
I have NEVER been more disappointed with ANY service from anyone EVER!!!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
This company is completely unqualified to do any handyman services on residential properties. Our home has been left in worse shape than it started.
We hired this company for many projects. I'll summarize first.
-exterior paint - unfinished.
-interior paint - unfinished.
-repair gutters - unfinished.
-repair deck railing - not started, and in fact now damaged more.
-remove popcorn ceilings - ceilings damaged and unfinished.
-Paint rear and front decks - they were completed, but now damaged as he spilled paint on it and didn't fix.
-Pressure wash house - Not finished, and damaged screens on house.
I had new $3000 kitchen counters installed and his crew damaged.
My wife and I left new handles for the kitchen cabinets. ($150) They are missing.
His promises were high, communication low, and asked for money on a weekly basis. Paid over $4000 in total with virtually nothing completed.
Left garbage everywhere and damaged our hot tub top.
THE WORST CONTRACTOR I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
I would love some of our money back. I think $1000 would be reasonable considering his time at the house, but he lied about his qualifications.
Things are unfinished because could not get in contact with customer to get material customer signed contract stating my company makes draws off the job the screens were damaged by the counter top guys little kid and customer was also informed about that countertops were covered by plastic job can be completed in 4 days if I can get the material needed but I couldn't get in touch with customer I lost labor and travel expenses due to this and the $150 cabinet pieces are inside the cabinet themselves these are the reasons I terminated the contract

First, the cabinet door handles are not in the cabinets.
I've now realized that in addiction to the handles, $180 worth of black pipe shelving is missing as well. He may have someone that works for him that can't be trusted. I didn't even mention earlier that he left ALL of our furniture outside letting sideways rain ruin our leather couch and chair. Mildew all over it.
I was unavailable 1 time during a 3 week period and it was last Friday. We all have jobs and I was in meetings. He messaged me when I was unavailable saying he was going to the paint store and asking for $25 for gas money. (Ridiculous). He made no mention of the store needing to call me for payment, and since he had spilled paint all over our driveway and front porch, AND painted our ceilings with the wrong paint he should have covered the cost. He was paid nearly 100% of our contracted amount and he accomplished less than 25%
I'm more than happy to come and finish the cabinets repair the stairs where the paint was still repair the siding repair the railing finish the cut in painting and finish the house painting on the outside as long as I receive the remaining balance the furniture has been outside on the back deck screened in porch for 3 weeks and the customer has known that and has not asked me to bring it in at any point I've never seen any black piping and the two guys that I have working for me are my nephews and come to work with me and leave with me I've no idea what black piping are you speaking of the only cabinet handles we've seen are the ones we've taken off there are many things of value in that home and not one has been taken or touched in any way I do not run a business this way nothing's been stolen from this home and up until this point nothing's been mentioned of anything missing and we've been there for 3 weeks they've been no complaints until I terminated the contract then the complaints started coming and accusations started coming only after I terminate the contract did any of this come to light I'm willing to work this out but I'm not going to be accused of anything and neither is my crew we've been there three weeks and not one thing has come up missing not one word has been brought up to any of me or my crew and the two owners have been there especially *** many times in the last 3 weeks again none of this came to light until I terminated the contract
