I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you My plan specialist answered all my questions without hesitation I am very pleased with the service I received I will be sure to refer you to my friends and family

I received a cold call from a salesman who said his name was [redacted] from Turnkey Auto Group.

Knowing my warranty had expired I asked him for prices on extended coverage. After going through 10 minutes of irrelevant information I got a price of $2412 for 4 yr/100k.

I have no idea who Turnkey is, if they have a reputable business, or if they are scam artists. I asked him to email me the proposed warranty and I would check out the fine print and get back to him.

This is where the phone call started to derail. They wanted the money up front right away. He belittled my idea to check out his company before committing $2412 dollars to him over the phone. He was persistent and rude when I said I would look over his coverage he said I should pay for it first....then I have 30 days to decide if I wanted to keep it or not. As I got the feeling this was not a legitimate call, I told Jared that the phone call was over and he threw in a couple personal jabs about my lack of intelligence having a car without warranty. I hung up.

If this company is in fact real, they are horrible at customer service, and sales. If you have a good product people should be able to check your name out and make sure you aren't fake. The fact that they were trying to get my payment info at all costs made me almost sure that they are frauds.

Watch out if they call you.

I initially set up coverage from Turnkey auto group, then reconsidered and called back to cancel. Their customer service person was rude, proceeded to assume she knew my financial situation, and told me I obviously did not know my financial situation. They repeatedly asked me to consider a lower payment as I continued to tell them I did not want any payment with their company no matter how low. She essentially told me I was ignorant in my knowledge of my vehicle and my ability to pay. She was obstinate, derogatory and argumentative.

This is a corrupt company, they steal customers' money and DO NOT give refunds but tell the girls in that department to lie to the customers and say they either were already sent out or they will be soon. I worked there for two years and when I started noticing how corrupt they were I started asking questions and was terminated less than a month later, when I filed unemployment it was denied due to supposedly being terminated because of insubordination. They not only get over on their customers but also their past & present employees.

They helped me when I couldn't afford my payments. Very patient and pleasant customer service representatives. I am quite surprised at any bad ratings. I spoke with the customer service manager and she was very helpful. [redacted] as well.
