I am rejecting this response because: Although Debtorcc refunded $of my money, why did they not give me this refund when I requested the refund via the fee waiver form? I complied with their company and the instructions and I just wonder why they did not refund me when I filled the form outIt is my opinion that this company takes advantage of peopleI feel liked get gave me a run around until I got the Revdex.com involvedAlso the assets that I did list were from the prompting of the softwareIt asked me what the value of my car was worthIt is not a liquid asset and is not in any way paid for.

I spoke to *** in reference to this complaint and she was able to speak to a counselor on July 21st and a certificate of completion was provided to herIn speaking to her today she told me that she's very happy with our service and she is willing to close out this complaintI would greatly
appreciate if this can be forwarded to her so we can close out this complaintIf any further information is required, please advise
