You had warning we were going to the Revdex.com but still decided to ignore the request to finish the JobMy recommendation is not to pay you till job is % complete and Repair list is complete instead of need payment to make payroll story from staffI wish you and your company best of luck in future Regards, [redacted]

You are right in the fact that I did not pick up the check and see the final job site completeI looked back on our recordsThe check was picked up by Rolando O*** our supervisor for the companyYou are not right that I never visited the job siteI did set up the granite guy and did set up the stone guys to make sure they knew what to doI checked on the welding and made sure this was completed correctly. You did not give us any warning that you were going to the Revdex.com with a complaint over something so trivial: because if you had I would have made sure rain or shine that this got completedNo one wants a complaint on the Revdex.com and we will do anything in our power to stop this from happeningMost of the time when someone gets a complaint it is over money and not some sort of work related issueIt is hard to believe this has happened over this small amount of workYes it fell through the cracks and yes I did offer to repair/finish the job: but this slam on my company and me personally is not fair in my opinionI find it wholly unfair and far from the truth. I did not pick up the check as I suggested but this was not remembering correctly: this was not me lying outright to you and or the Revdex.com I was just on the phone now that I have looked into thisI usually do just that pick up every check and make sure the job is complete. I did see the project substantially complete with stones and the granite tops installed and I did not see anything wrong with the work and gave my guys some tips on connecting the gas lines etcThe statement you made about me only being there to set up the job is not true. I cannot believe this customer sent a complaint on the Revdex.com over one hours worth of work that needs to be completed after all the good work we did at his/her home. This is unbelievable. It does not pay to be in business when you have customers like this. It would take this man approx. one...

hour to do this himself which is what he intended to do on his project the entire time. He intended to do all of this entire project himself. We finished out an entire summer kitchen for this guy, and he can't do one hour worth of work to complete this Hardie in the firebox: really. There wasn't even a direct reference in the estimate to build out this box for firewood. Should we have done this probably so: should the customer just have done it himself: probably so. Did we rip this customer off : not no but of course not. Did we do a good job on this customers house: very much so yes. Do we deserve this complaint to the Revdex.com: you tell me. This customer does not understand that this complaint does not go off this record for three years. Resolved or not this stays on the report as a Revdex.com complaint. I wish he/she would put some pictures of the summer kitchen we finished out for him just so people would know the true story. We never get the good work done on the contract: just a complaint over less than one hour worth of work. It is very hard to understand this complaint but we except that we never came back and installed five small pieces of Hardie Board.  It was an oversight on our companies part: the main reason we did not complete this was due to incessant rain. Every time we were scheduled to go to this job it poured rain hard and I do mean hard. The repair fell trough the cracks and we never got back over there. I certainly thought this guy would have just done this and said so be it. I know I would have done just that. Like I said: Mrs. [redacted] please send to the Revdex.com the pictures of your summer kitchen that we finished out. Please send the Revdex.com the pictures of the incomplete work. We will certainly do this one hour worth of work. I have already dealt with this customer complaint without the Revdex.com.  The customer has informed me that they are going to retract their complaint with the Revdex.com due to the fact that this was settled and or to be settled. The Revdex.com can contact this customer to see if the issue is resolved. We as...

Dear Revdex.com I do believe the customers [redacted] and I have come to an amicable resolution to this complaint. This was a serious billing dispute, as well as a quality of work dispute. The customer at the time of the complaint had paid no monies towards the project. At this time: the customer has paid half of the monies due and we are working through the issues with the invoice and the quality of work.  Thank you [redacted]
