Turnkey Roofing Of Florida Reviews (%countItem)

Turnkeyroofing is a company that stands behind its work, keeps you informed, does quality work, is very responsive to inquiries how does professional in every way. It has been a pleasure Doing business with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fast. Efficient. Professional. Catered to our needs and budget. We are so happy beyond words.

1- Stop at my house offering the roofing services on 11/8/2018 no estimates, only empty promises.

1-11/8/2018 sales person from Turnkey knock on my door, offering to replace my roof. Asked for a estimate, and receive the answer I just need pay for your deductible. The home owners insurance will pay for the new roof. How much will cost?
still the answer the insurance will decide the amount, and if denied you own nothing.(IS ON THE CONTRACT.)NEVER EVER RECEIVED ANY ESTIMATE. YES.
AND I HAVE PROOF. Insurance came and send the check. Mr. Christopher F. stop by and pick up the check. They send the check to the mortgage company to endorsement and send back to Turnkey without any work done, means they try to scam the mortgage company. I received a letter 6 pages of paperwork included the check back, what scares me. I send everything to the office in Tampa, where mortgage company explains how they suppose to do their job to get paid. Is not my problem... is their problem. 1- Send the paperwork and inspected and approved by mortgage company to start the work and get 25% of the amount. They do not asked for the inspection or approved from the mortgage company. With of 50% of the job make the appointment for the inspector came by second time to inspect and get another 25% of the total amount after inspection approved.
NO SECOND INSPECTION REQUIRED. And at the end of the job ask for the last inspection.
NEVER REQUESTED. MORGTAGE Company called me and recommended to CANCEL ANY WORK FROM THIS COMPANY. I told then, they already replace my roof IN 1 DAY. YES 1602 SQ FT HOME ROOFING REPLACED IN 1 DAY. BECAUSE OF THE HURRY LEAVE DAMAGES EVERYWHERE.YOU BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS Revdex.com A+? FOR WHAT? NASCAR ROOFING?

Desired Outcome

IS VERY HARD ABOUT THE RESOLUTION ON THIS CASE. ONLY THE TIME WILL TELL. WE CHOOSE A COLOR FOR THE SHINGLES AND DID INSTALL THE DIFFERENT COLOR, I AM SUPPOSE TO REQUEST TO REMOVE THE ONE INSTALLED AND INSTALL THE ONES I WANT, MY POINT I DO NOT WANT ANYBODY FROM THIS COMPANY NEAR MY HOME.

Turnkey Roofing Of Florida Response • Feb 25, 2019

While working on a project in Mr.' neighborhood, one of our roofing sales Account Managers noticed that Mr.' roof had suffered damage from a storm that had recently impacted the neighborhood. Our Account Manager inquired with Mr. about performing a free roof inspection to ascertain as to whether his roof had also been impacted by recent storm activity in the neighborhood. After completing the roofing inspection and documenting any discovered storm damage in pictures and sharing those pictures with Mr. our Account Manager advised Mr. about his options for replacing the roof. Mr. was told that the damage may or may not be covered by his insurance company and that our company could assist him with the process of filing a claim with his insurance company. Mr. agreed to have Turnkey assist him and our Account Manager thoroughly explained the terms of our contingency agreement for assisting homeowners with an insurance claim for a roof replacement. At NO time did Mr. request an estimate and as apart of our contingency agreement we informed Mr. that his primary financial obligation would be paying his insurance deductible and if approved his insurance company would pay the cost beyond his deductible and that Turnkey would provide the labor and material to complete the project based on the insurance company estimate. Mr. agreed to those terms. We moved forward with assisting Mr. with his insurance claim to the point approval by his insurance company and installation of his new roofing system installation. During the installation, we attempted to collect Mr.' insurance deductible and initial disbursement check from his insurance company. Mr. refused to pay until the project was completed. We obliged, we completed the project in one day as it is a part of our standard operational practice to complete a roof of the size of Mr.' home weather and county inspections permitting. Upon completion we attempted to collect payment and again Mr. refused to honor his financial obligation by paying his insurance deductible as well as the initial payment disbursement from his insurance company. After weeks of attempting to collect payment from Mr. he eventually released only the initial payment he received from his insurance company and again refused to pay his insurance deductible. The check from Mr.' insurance company also listed his mortgage company as a payee as well. We sent the check out to his mortgage company and expected them to return the check to Mr.. However, Mr.' mortgage company required additional documentation before they would release the check back to him. Turnkey made multiple attempts to coordinate with Mr. to get the required paperwork completed and sent to Mr.' mortgage company, time and time again Mr. avoided and would not return multiple phone calls requesting his assistance to expedite the return of the insurance check from his mortgage company. It was only after receiving legal correspondence from Turnkey's legal council that Mr. began to return calls made to him. During each of his communication attempts with our office staff, Mr. was extremely verbally abusive to our staff to the point of threatening physical violence against our employees. When communicating with Mr., we have repeatedly attempted to inform him that we are simply looking to have him pay his insurance deductible and assist us with providing the necessary information to his mortgage payment to his insurance company. As of the date of this complaint being filed Mr. has finally made his finally made his payment for his insurance deductible 4 weeks after the originally due date. Mr. continues to refuse to assist Turnkey with collecting the disbursements from his mortgage company.
