Hello,We sent this customer a communication regarding a partial refund and was awaiting a reply to the emailUpon researching this customer placed an order for a reseller website, and custom facebook page, and then for some reason decided to cancel without explanation after we had begun work (Invoice is attached)We will gladly offer a partial refund, minus our preliminary work/fees that we incurred in setting up the traffic reseller account, and hosting accountThis would result in a refund of $back to the customerPlease note it's actually advertised and agreed upon at purchase that we don't offer refunds due to the general nature of our business, however we will make an exception(FAQ page here - http://turnkeynation.com/catalog/information.php?info_id=39)Please confirm and we can submit the $refund.Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: turnkey nation did not reply to our support ticket nor our emails in reference to our e-commerce webstore for months, so why didnt they inform us of the technical difficulties they are having however our webstore was distrupted which they knew about and still they did not reply to all our emails and support tickets to update us of what was going on "if they had a technical difficulty they would surely have updated us and provided an alternative solution or action for us to take" Can you inquire from turnkey nation why they did not reply to all our emails, telephone calls and support tickets despite we being an active paying subscription fee customer and they not informing us of the technical difficulties they are havingAnd If we correspond through email and support ticket would they reply in correalation to our webstore as we want to migrate all our files to another provider if an ETA on there technical difficulties is uncertain.I shall await your correspondenceThank you very much

I am rejecting this response because: so our website is not configured to work only with your website? what about the files in our cpanel named turnkey files that are linked to our website mechanism would they work on another hosting service provider, and you mentioned in your previous correspondence you would transfer our website for us if we opted to for that option as your automation service has no ETA time of when it will be available working so we did not cancel our contract, we paid two months fees of a non working product automation service with your company, didn't request a refund and after months of non-correspondence from your company in all our enquiry about the automation service not working for months ongoing was the reason we came to Revdex.com to iron this out.as you stated in your previous correspondences, we want to transfer our website to another hosting party and require your assistance with the transfer as some files are labelled in your company name and might be programmed to work only with your servers like the automation file you mentioned

The customer can move his website to any hosting provider, this process is no different than any other website that is needing to be transferred.The customer will need to contact his 3rd party supplier's that he wants to use for his website and work with them to have their products uploaded to his website, that is completely out of our control and we are unable to assist with this.The 3rd party supplier's data feed has changed since the customer cancelled their contract with us, and modifying the systems to accommodate these changes will require developer resourcesThe customer will need to seek out a developer to incorporate these changes and can use the script we provided them as a starting point for their developer to use.We've given them absolutely everything we possibly can at this point

Please review the all of the attached documentation in detail as we have done absolutely nothing wrong and delivered exactly what this customer ordered.To summarize, this customer ordered a TurnkeyNation...

website which is a product and service we sell that is completely digital and custom in nature. There are no tangible or physical products being sold. What he purchased is the "Turnkey Dating Website", and we built this site for her upon the domain name of her choice [redacted] , after spending our money to purchase this domain on her behalf.Below is a link to the invoice as proof what this customer ordered, please also take note of the order comments on this invoice as it is proof of what we delivered. As you will see we provided the customer with all pertinent details for her website, which included login information to access the control panels, email accounts, admin access, and more -[redacted]And here is the actual site that we built for the customer. This all after we incurred fees by purchasing the custom domain name per the customer's request, paying to have the site built, and paying one year of hosting - [redacted]Here are all of the email exchanges between the customer and our company. As you can tell if you read these emails, we addressed all of her requests, and did everything we could possibly do to ensure her satisfaction, including going above and beyond what is normally included with the purchase. The customer wanted a bunch of custom work to be done, and we attempted to do this but the graphics she was providing was not correct in size and so we were limited in how much assistance we could provide. supplier's products that we performed daily is no longer provided at this time.The customer has cancelled the inventory update services and is no longer being billed for them.Please inform the customer that we are having technical difficulties with providing the inventory services and plan to have these available as soon as possible, however do not have an ETA at the moment.In the interim, the customer can update his site manually using his control panel we provided him, or outsource the inventory work to another company.If there are any questions about this, or the customer is still confused, please do not hesitate to let us know.THanks.
