We were extremely happy wirh turnpike acres stove shopWe purchased our pellet stove, pellets and had rhem install the stoveThey were very professional, answered all our questions wirhout high pressure salesmanship

I purchased a pellet stove and had it installed by Turnpike Acres in Oct 2014. By [redacted] 2014 it stopped working properly and it still isn't yet. [redacted] I purchased a [redacted] pellet stove and one ton of pellets. Invoice #XXXXXXMy stove was installed by Turnpike Acres on [redacted]On [redacted] I went in to Turnpike Acres and spoke with them about the issue I was having with my stove. The issue is the auger on my stove wouldn't always come on when the stove was started and I was have to start and stop the stove several times. They took my info told me they were short-handed because of the holidays and I never received a phone call. A few weeks later I went back to their location, because they do not answer their phone ever, and told them again about the problem. At that time the service tech, [redacted], was there and I got to speak with him. He came out to look at my stove. After messing around with the stove for a while he couldn't find anything wrong with the stove, but discovered a way to make the stove work temporarily if it should happen again. I was told if the issue came back to give him a call and he would come back out again. It has been weeks and numerous phone calls and I even got a call back at one point telling me he might be able to squeeze in an appointment for me and he call me back later in the day to tell me one way or the other, but I never heard back again. At this point I have had to find another [redacted] dealer in the area and have them come out to try and fix the problem. The worst part of all this is that I've learned there is nothing wrong with my stove, the issue I'm having is being caused by IMPROPER INSTALLATION!! I paid Turnpike [redacted] for installation and [redacted] for a pipe kit and now I'm going to have to pay someone else to reinstall it properly.Desired SettlementI would like to be refunded for the pipe kit [redacted] and installation [redacted] because I have to buy a new pipe kit and pay someone else to install it.
