Review: I brought them my Delonghi espresso machine to repair because it was leaking. They kept the machine for 3 weeks and then returned it to me in worse shape than when I brought it in. Now it does not make coffee at all, and it is leaking evne worse then before.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card and I will have someone else perform the repair.

the unit was brought in and parts were ordered. when the parts arrived we did the repair, tested it with coffee beans and returned it to the customer.

we have been in the repair business for 27 years. we are Authorized Delonghi Service and repair units that are sent in from the whole country.

I am sorry that there was a problem with this repair. Our repairs are warrantied for 3 months. The customer should bring the unit back and we will take care of any problem of course.

Perhaps something happened in transport, who knows but we will take care of it.

Normally if you bring it in, you need to bring it back in because this customer is close to the store.

I even offered to pick the unit up from the customer and return it at my expense for excellent customer service.

No refund can be issued. the customer has the product and it has been repaired properly as far as I know.

I do not agree with the response. The repair shop did not fix the problem that was the reason for the repair and actually caused additional damage to the machine. The number of years that the store has been in business has no bearing on the complaint. Since the item was never repaired in the first place and the store caused additional damage to the machine the warranty referenced in their response has no bearing on the complaint. The item is currently being repaired elsewhere, at additional cost to me, so the only acceptable resolution is a refund to my account.

The product was repaired properly. something could have happened in transport, a wire popped off, anything.

We are sorry there was a problem.

The warranty requires that the unit come back to the store for service.

We offered to pick the unit up at our expense including sending a box for the customer to put it in.

In addition, without seeing the unit we could not even determine if the unit was working or not.

How could the customer expect a refund? He has the working product.

No refund is due. The customer is being unreasonable. We are sorry he feels this way.
