Alta Mere tinted my SUV's windows on June 9th. After receiving my car back, my husband noticed that there was dirt under the tint. There is also light showing in the two triangular shaped windows in the second row seats. After he let me know about the issues, I made an appointment on the website to get the issues fixed. 20 minutes before my appointment, Alta Mere calls me to let me know they are going to have to cancel my appointment because the warranty guy isn't in the shop that day. I live in another town, so I was right down the road from the store. It says you must be there 15 minutes before your appointment time. To say I was frustrated with the last minute phone call would be putting it mild. Today, my husband calls to make an appointment to follow up with fixing the warranty work of the dirt under the tint and the light showing through the windows. He is told I have to bring my vehicle for them to look at first to see. Then they will let him make an appointment for warrant
