I've had problems in the past with repairs with getting work done on my bike being missed diagnosed by other companies or even [redacted] Dealerships The work they do is great! I will never trust my bike with a different repair shop Owner is a great guy, will work with you to get your ride working the way it should bePaul knows everything their is to know about working on all years of Harley's and their so much cheaper then Harley Dealerships Just one example, I was quoted at the dealership to get handlebar installed Charm City quote was a lot less almost 1/the time Everyone I recommend to this company calls me up and thanks me for seeing how a motorcycle shop should be run
