Member: Response: Our staff walked the apartment and found all maintenance issues had been resolvedThere are no outstanding maintenance requests as of this timeWe have found no electricity on in the apartment for over one month, which is a lease violationIt may also be noted, an eviction has been filed for non-payment of rentThank youSent on: 6/22/4:05:PM

Response:The repairs requested to the shower have been completed as of this dateThere is no breach of contract with regard to cable service for the tenantThe account is still active and paid for*** *** has recently required a digital box be used by any address receiving their
cable serviceWe have provided all onsite managers with detailed instructions to provide to tenants to request their digital box from *** The onsite manager for Turtle Creek apartments informs us that she has provided the tenant with the instructions to request their boxWe provide the cable serviceWe are not responsible for the tenant calling to request their cable boxThe tenant is welcome to visit the office again for another copy of said instructions, and we apologize for any confusion in the matterThank you very much

Response:We are not a collection agency, and do not represent ourselves as suchWe advise the past tenant to contact the collection agencyThe past tenant should note however, records of eviction filings are separate from collections being filedBut those records of evictions are kept by the
government, again, not our companyThat said, our internal records indicate that Mrs*** had an eviction filed in early for non payment of rent at an apartment unit with the address of *** *** *** *** ***She failed to make payment and left an unpaid balance of no less than $1,This balance does not reflect any damages to the apartment or early termination feesWe would encourage Mrs*** to contact the collection agency to pay off the debt owed, or contact the Turtle Creek leasing office to inquire about paying off her debts, so she may improve her rental history! Thank you!

The deposit is for the condition and damage to the apartment during one's lease term. Applications can be approved with contingencies, including requiring 2, 3, or 4 months rent upfront due to bad credit, unconfirmed rental references, etc. The application in question was graded "insufficient credit to score" by Transunion, and the application featured multiple conflicting addresses on paystubs, etc. Employment history was also insufficient.
