In reviewing his file, Mr. [redacted] originally made a construction loan to build a new home, the loan was a term loan for one (1) year with interest only payments. payments to be applied to the principal amount on his loan. This caused a delinquency,  and showed up on his credit report. On 3/17/2017 I directed my staff to contact the Credit Reporting Service(Experion) and correct the error, this was done, ultimately fixing his credit score from it’s previous low rating, to a now satisfactory and very high rating. I am assuming that somehow his initial complaint was made with your agency prior to us correcting and fixing the error. Mr. [redacted] was invited in to the Bank, and the error was explained to him, with a copy of our corrective action furnished to him, along with a copy of his now acceptable credit score. I personally monitored the case, and personally apologized to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted], and they were very gracious and accepting of my apology along with the fact that their credit score was once again very acceptable.
