Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2006 Honda Ridgeline with 210,456 miles on the truck at the time of delivery. This truck is 12 years old and well out of any factory warranty and was purchased AS-IS.We did a one-time good [redacted] for the replacement of a radiator and engine. Like I stated before Mr. [redacted] Purchased a 2006 Honda Ridgeline with 210,000 miles on it which was sold AS-IS with no dealer implied warranty. Mr. [redacted] purchased a 24 month 30,000 mile stated component extended warranty. Mr. [redacted] purchased the Silver coverage which  also includes the Power Train Plus coverage.I have attached the back of the contract which states exactly what parts are covered and I also attached what it does not cover which clearly states that brake pads and shoes, brake rotors and drums are not covered by the warranty.All parts stated as covered on the warranty contract would be covered if they failed.Honda of Mentor has went above and beyond by replacing the engine and radiator on a vehicle that was sold AS-IS and Honda of Mentor has no more financial or goodwill obligations to this vehicle.Thank you,Greg [redacted]Honda of Mentor[redacted]

  Dear sir, I purchased the car with your extended warranty. Also took the car to your service department  several times and was told nothing was wrong. When I took the car to you competitor they gave me a list of things that where not only wrong with the car but where dangerous and that the car should have never been sold in that condition. If I take the car to your mechanics when I feel something is wrong please explain to me why I was consistently turned away and told nothing was wrong. Your manager Gary that I was working with never called me about the arrangements and he stated that he would.  I stand by my statement you  company sells cars with no regards to the buyers life.

The customer purchased the truck AS IS NO WARRANTY.  He brought the vehicle within 5 days with an issue and Honda of Mentor did a one time goodwill consideration even with the vehicle being AS IS NO WARRANTY.  Honda Mentor will reimburse Mr. [redacted]  $150 since they have already gone...

above and beyond on a 2004 AS IS NO WARRANTY vehicle.   Thank you,[redacted]
