.I went there I received knee injections and woke later that night in excruciating pain and couldn't move my legs my kids tried everything my daughter called Dr ***'s office the next morning and didn't get a call return till 4pm they suggested medication that I could not take on blood thinners other than that I was told there was nothing he could give me and to go to the hospital Wow go make another high bill cause they will know how to fix the issue I made the doctor's at the er gave me pain meds that stopped the pain and suggested I never go back to Dr.***s office if I had to come to dch just for that so dont go turn around and I will continue to tell ppl to choose somewhere else
Refund I feel like I my medical insurance should not have to pay and my co pay should be give back .and now I have to find another dr because my bbn legs are in pain more and Dr.*** cant provide me with medication for the pain so paying the Er bills would be considered

Ms. 41yo female was seen in our practice on 10/15/19 as a referral from her PCP for Chronic Bilateral Knee Pain. Upon arrival pt refused to walk into the office and required assistance of wheelchair. Pt refused to have routine drug screen (part of our office protocol on all pts over the age of 18. Due to patients significant body mass and health history she was not currently a surgical candidate. Course of treatment was conservative with bilateral knee injections and anti-inflame meds. We are not a pain management practice, pt was upset that he would not provide narcotics. Per her PDMP Report states she was receiving narcotics/sedatives from several physicians. Received calls on 10/16 from family member stating she had increased knee pain and was unable to ambulate and request pain meds. We at that time recommended she seek emergency treatment from ER.

I was not asked to take a drug test that is a lie and the patient that was next to me can verify that cause I asked if all patients were asked to she didnt know and there was no refusal to get up to walk they never asked I explained I was in pain because of the weather everything here is a lie I never asked for narcotics that's the go to explanation I asked what do I take if the pain becomes unbearable the only option they gave interferes with the blood thinners I am on but if they had took the time to read my file they would know I cant take them and I haven't been to several doctors to get pain medication I have never been to any drs about my knees in years I have been hospitalized for asthma and bleeding from my bowels I would like for him to show proof of pain medication given for my knee pain I received medication for diverticulosis which is clear he has typed up lies and made up anything to clear his name
