Tuscana Bay Apartments

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year nowThere has been a water leak in my apartment for at least months coming in from the outsideAfter heavy rains, the leak has gotten much worse, and there is now mold growing on my carpet from the moisture and up from the baseboards as wellI have requested that this be taken care of for the last weeksThey said they would come a week ago, and never showed upI called the maintenance guy in to look at it, he said he would shampoo the carpet and repair the leak, then he never came back or followed upI involved the manager, Alana, who PROMISED me that they would fix the mold/mildew before I had to renew my leaseI am now days away from my lease renewal due date, and they have still not come to even shampoo the carpetThey keep giving me excuses that they are short a maintenance manMeanwhile, my allergies are acting up, and I am looking at being penalized for not renewing my lease on time

After heavy rains, the leak has gotten much worse, and there is now mold growing on my carpet from the moisture and up from the baseboards as well. I have requested that this be taken care of for the last 2 weeks. They said they would come a week ago, and never showed up. I called the maintenance guy in to look at it, he said he would shampoo the carpet and repair the leak, then he never came back or followed up. I involved the manager, Alana, who PROMISED me that they would fix the mold/mildew before I had to renew my lease. I am now 3 days away from my lease renewal due date, and they have still not come to even shampoo the carpet. They keep giving me excuses that they are short a maintenance man. Meanwhile, my allergies are acting up, and I am looking at being penalized for not renewing my lease on time.
