Commercial Policy was Paid in full. Was over 6 months into my policy and had to go a different route due to the company could not handle what I needed to have insured. Ended up keeping close to 1,000 for short rate fees. When I called to discuss the matter with Jeff Johnson the V.P of underwriting all he said was we are done here and hung up.
