Tuscany Custom Flooring llc was hired to lay out tile in my houseThey promised a beautiful floor to be layed out correctlyThey left my floor in horrible conditionThey refused to remove existing thinset that was on existing floor from previous tileBy not stripping floor clean Floor was raised higher then existing floorFloor tiles they layed out throughout is uneven with edges sticking out on tileGrout lines are not even some wider while others thinThey failed to used spacers leaving floor uneven and grout lines wider then othersMy floor is a horrible messThey added so much thinset that now my kitchen floor is at a slope in the kitchenIve asked them to made corrections but Shelly the owner and Mark have failed and refused to make proper correctionsThey have only removed three pieces of tile to correct and even those pieces are cut crookedThey refuse to make further corrections on my floorThe baseboards were never removed and now are damagedMy walls and baseboards are covered in thinset that they failed to cleanThe baseboard are now half the size of what they use to be since the floor was raised do HighThis company hires unprofessional undocumented illegal workers that don’t know what they are doingThey also claimed they would cover my furnitureMy entire house was covered with a thin white powder all over my house and furnishingsMy stove was covered with white powderEverywhere you step on this floor you can feel the uneven floorI would think twice about hiring this companyUnprofessional workers who don’t know how to lay out tileNow I have to call a professional tile company to remove this floor and install it properlyThe owners Mark and Shelly refuse to accept responsibility for the mess their unprofessional workers have madeI will be seeking legal action against this company
