In Response to the above mentioned complaint: I have been in business for over years and to date have never had a complaint against my products ,ethics or serviceswith over satisfied customers with my wood fired ovens we take every customer and order very seriously and professionallyI
will say the following in regards to ** *** *** complaint : As our mobile oven construction is a special order build we normally quote to weeks from receipt of deposit I have copied a email as a demonstration *** *** Feb Hi Carl; You should be receiving a check for $10,shortlyI sent it out o*** *** Feb *** Thank you I am shooting for mid April .I will keep you updated on the trailer build progress as you can see we did not get a deposit until Mid February , On receipt of the trailer which we have manufactured for us we identified the axel location was not correct for a lb oven to be placed on the backat that time It was decided to correct the problem and offer the customer a free of charge loaner so they could proceed with their spring launch of artisanal wood fired pizzas in the vermont market The two owners arrived at our facility and picked up the loaner Free of charge and we reviewed the corrective action, ** *** wanted no part of it I was called a liar a cheat on and on ! after the build was corrected we delivered the new trailer to Vermont at my cost in order to swap out the loaner and the new unit and we were given a check that was $3,short I did offer at that time to refund all there money and just take the custom built trailer back no charge for the rental and no hard feelings Again I was accused and berated and nothing was going to make her happy .I am sorry that she is unhappy and as a supplier I tried everything in my power to satisfy her expectations. respectfully Carl H*** -- Carl H*** Tuscany fire wood ovens LLC *** *** ***

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Mr. H[redacted] did not completley fix the problem. That is why the the check was $3500 short. If it had been fixed entirely or it had been a brand new oven as we orderd[ every order is a special order] the check would of been the correct amount. We orderd the [redacted] which is on his website. So it really wasnt a special order. We also went to Mr. H[redacted] shop and  went over the purchase with him and offered to leave a deposit on that day January 23, 2016 he said there was no need he would send us an invoice with a drawing. As you can see from his email he attached we were due to get the oven in Mid April those were his words.  We did not get the oven until May 30. We tried to receive it on May 7. They wanted us to take the oven as it was on May 7th even though it was not the correct deisgn and wanted us to fix it. He may have been in business for 40 years but it hasnt been selling ovens. I would like this complaint to remain on his record. People need to be aware of what they are getting into with this man. I know there are more people out there like us. We will never do business with this him again. We will also make sure that everyone knows what kind of business man he is. There is proof in the pudding as people can see just from looking at the oven and how it was built the kind of product they would be getting. He gives no warrenty on his product either. He does not stand behind his product and puts blame on other people.
