Tuscany Pointe Apartments

This is the worse place to live, not too clean, and a lot of roachesThe worse part is the management, very arrogant, basically, you don't feel like homeIf you try to complain, somebody will remind you that this is not your home you are just rentingThey have decided to renovate all the apartment, so they do not even know how to calm the resident leaving in their apartments like , in a construction site, full of dust in the apartment, no water for days, all appliances removed!!! People are very angry!Don't come to this place and waste your money

Andrea scheduled an apptto repair my constantly leaking faucet today at 3pm It is almost 4pm and noone has shown up to fix the faucet This is the second time she has scheduled someone to show up and make a repair; and noone has shown up to make the repair.....I've asked them to fix the faucet approximately times since July It is now October 6th, and noone has fixed the faucet.......I even told them i'm taking further action if noone fixes the faucet on a voicemail They do not answer their phones Sending a service person to fix a faucet is an unbelievable difficult task for the "geniuses" at tuscany pointe villas aka tuscany pointe apartments; so you just have to be patient with them If you want anything repaired in your apartment, it will take at least years; even after scheduling what would be defined as an "appointment" multiple times The people running things in the front office are "highly intelligent" and "capable" of performing extremely simple tasks like scheduling appointments and sending maintenance people to a specific unit

I don't know who is writing these negative reviews but you are wrong. The Office Staff are the best this property has ever had. Since they came, they make everyone feel welcome or at least every time I have had to go into the office. They have always taken care of all my work orders and when my heat went out this weekend, the Maintenance guy was at my door 15 minutes after I left a message and fixed it right away. I am going to recommend them to everyone and maybe get that Resident Referral money they keep putting in the Newsletter.

Terrible place to live! Laundry services are disgusting and over priced. Your clothes will smell worse coming out of the laundry than when they went in. I have had a leak and small collapse of my ceiling in my apartment and after 3 weeks and 4 complaints I have yet to get a response. Both of the pools in the complex have been swamp green and locked from use for over a month. Also the property is supposed to be a felon free zone. Cars have been burned down from arson, and a fist fight is a sight on a weekly basis. Cockroaches are also rampant on the property. 3-4 cockroach sightings daily, and I am a very clean person! Tuscany Point is a pathetic apartment complex in every aspect.
